Nearby Granby lake, Grand lake and Rocky Mountain National park offer an array of outdoor activities. Inside, guests find two king beds, 2 twin over full bunk beds and a playroom with a Murphy bed, perfect for families or groups. With four bathrooms, plush towels and toiletries everyone enjoys comfort and convenience. The space includes a warm fireplace to keep things cozy and an iron for any last-minute touch-ups. Play a game of ping pong in the double garage! There are pack & plays and booster seats for the kids. Granby Ski Ranch is 5 minutes away, Winter Park is 20 minutes away and Rocky Mountain National Park is 40 minutes away. Free "Lift" shuttle to Winter Park and Fraser is 5 minutes away. City market grocery store is 3 blocks away! This delightful townhome offers a terrific blend of space and style, making your stay enjoyable from start to finish. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash should be taken to the trash can in the garage.
Make sure the hot tub cover is on and strapped securely.
Replace the 2 garage door openers to the drawer in the mud room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The hot tub cover must be strapped on the hot tub when not in use (keeps the water warm and for safety purposes) Children must be supervised
For safety purposes - no jumping on the bunk beds or Murphy bed. Only children or small adults can sleep in the top bunks.
For safety purposes - adults must lower and put up ping pong table in the garage.
