First Floor:
Enjoy an open living space with a Smart TV, desk area, and direct access to the private pool and spa. You will also find the first king master bedroom with attached full bathroom with walk-in shower and two full beds with direct access to full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Second Floor:
This level offers the main living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and access to a large balcony—perfect for dining al fresco or enjoying a morning coffee. There is a half bath and another large master king bedroom, which includes balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
Third Floor:
The top level includes a cozy loft with a writing desk, Smart TV, and access to the third-floor balcony. Two more king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and a bunk nook for additional sleeping arrangements, perfect for kids.

Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed (infants count)
Signed Rental Agreement & Security Verification must be completed.
Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 10 AM
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the full trip.
All Destiny East Wristbands are to be returned. ($150 fee if any are taken)
Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval and $300 pet fee per dog. Limit 1–2 dogs only. No other pets allowed.
No smoking, vaping, candles, incense, or open flames inside the home or on balconies.
Parking: Up to 4 vehicles allowed in driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street.
