We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful and Derek and team went above and beyond to make our stay special and personalized. We loved that the house was stocked well with the basics, and also with other fine touches like some toiletries, etc. thank you! Would 100% book again.

Living the DREAM

We are currently touring Florida from the UK & we came across this amazing property . The hosts were so attentive & the property has everything we could possibly need & more. The Home is in a perfect location close to the beach and Saint Augustine. Spotlessly clean comfortable and full of thoughtful extras. The pool, hot tub, sauna and game spaces made it feel like a private resort. It’s better than the photos —we will definitely stay again.

We couldn’t have loved our stay more! The amenities of this home are what truly makes it stand out from the rest. We enjoyed early morning golf cart rides to watch the sunrise. Lounging by the pool during the day and the spa in the evenings. The hosts are incredible and go out of their way to ensure every need is met. They have thought of every detail and prepared the home so you feel right at home. We originally planned to try local places to dine but loved being at the home so much, we made our own meals and just enjoyed relaxing poolside or on the patio to dine! Don’t book anywhere else than Coast + Palms for your trip to Vilano/St Augustine. We are already planning our trip back!

The house is absolutely gorgeous with every single thing you could possibly need. It is actually even better in person. We are especially glad we rented the golf cart for Beach excursions and to get to the 3 restaurants close to the property. I would wait to purchase anything you think you may need because the house is completely stocked and every item is labeled. With two refrigerators and multiple ice makers, there is everything you may need. The hosts are awesome and responded to everything we needed including the hand vac. Literally the only thing you may need would we regular beach towels for the pool. The ones on property are great for the beach because they are thin and shed the sand but not great for drying off and wrapping around the little ones so they won’t drip water in the house. I can honestly say this was the best rental we have ever had and we have our own lol. We will be back next year!

Absolutely beautiful home and our host are the best! Derek and Tabitha made us feel.right at home. I would suggest to everyone the pool cooling,, after the beach coming back to a pool that is refreshing is the best! 10 out of 10!!
