Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 2 minute walk to the waterway and central to lots of shops, restaurants, and golf courses. 7 minute drive to Sunset Beach and 9 minute drive to Ocean Isle Beach. Amazing location for a peaceful beach getaway! Dog friendly! Entire home with large yard for outdoor activities. Double Jack and Jill style home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for families. Lovely sitting area on the deck with an outdoor fireplace and another sitting area under the large oak tree.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please replace the covers on the outdoor furniture if it was used. The sectional has a pull string and a black drawer string clasp. The one over the chairs are buckled around the bottom of the chair.
