You'll be "Dune the Happy Dance" when you book this lovely 4 bedroom/3 bath home! We offer an easy all inclusive nightly rate with no additional cleaning or linen fees. You will be greeted with CONCIERGE LINEN AND TOWEL SERVICE. Upon your arrival, all beds will be completely made with kitchen and bath towels provided. Please note: we do NOT provide beach towels or toiletries. Relax and enjoy the comforts that award-winning Sunset Beach has to offer at "DUNE THE HAPPY DANCE", a west-end, fifth row beach house perfectly poised just a few steps from the beach. Once you're on the beach, you are only about a football field's walk to Bird Island. With 40th Street being the end of the island, 37th Street is one of the closest walks to the famous Kindred Spirit Mailbox. This inviting cozy home features spacious vaulted ceilings throughout with TWO PRIMARY SUITES and private baths along with two additional bedrooms connecting to a third jack-n-jill bath. With two king beds, two full beds, two twin beds, the home sleeps 10 with custom designed furniture, cheerful paint in all rooms, 7 ceiling fans with remotes, stainless appliances, custom wood countertops, well-stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans, dishes, etc. you could possibly need including both a Keurig (bring your favorite pods) and a traditional coffee maker. The home includes hi speed wi-fi and cable and smart televisions for your convenience to log into with your own streaming accounts during your visit. Soak up the sun and sounds of the ocean from EITHER the oversized screened porch off the back of the house or the oversized sun deck on the front of the house. Both have seating for 10! Mosquitos will not be invited to your gathering as extra care has been taken to screen the entire back porch including the deck floor. Outside amenities include a grill, outside shower, wide selection of outdoor furniture, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella, and two picnic tables. Inhale the ocean breeze relaxing in the hammock or bring your own eno to enjoy. Rainy day entertainment includes your choice from several board games, puzzles, and books for our guests' enjoyment. DUNE THE HAPPY DANCE rents SATURDAY -SATURDAY during the peak summer weeks. It is also perfect for off season weekend retreats with nightly rental available and a minimum of 3 nights. Some dates during the off season offer a 10% discount for a 7 night stay. Dune the Happy Dance, with two primary suites, is the ideal vacation home for multiple families, multi-generational families, girls weekend, and golf weekends. Hear the ocean from the back porch and sink into total relaxation in the evenings after a day of play in the waves and sand. Relax with a book on the sofa swing under the house. As much as we love four legged furry family members, we do not allow pets in this house. If evidence of a pet is found during the stay, guests will be asked to leave immediately for breach of contract with no refund for remaining nights and the refundable deposit will be withheld. If evidence of a pet is found after departure, charges will apply. We want to maintain the highest quality of our home for your enjoyment and pleasure at the beach.
