The Space:

Gaze out across the shores of Mobile Bay at this three-bedroom condo on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, where you'll have an assigned boat slip to help you spend your days fishing and cruising out on the open water.



This condo is simple, spacious, and comfortable, offering central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer to greet your upon your return from the beach or the community pools. There's a full kitchen for all of your mealtime needs, a covered deck, and flatscreen TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms for your nightime entertainment.



On the grounds of Navy Cove Harbor, you'll have access to two outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, an assigned boat slip, and barbecue and picnic areas. The property is located on the scenic and serene Fort Morgan Peninsula, three miles east of Fort Morgan State Historic Site and the ferry to Dauphin Island. In the other direction, the center of Gulf Shores is only 18 miles east, where you'll find great restaurants, ice cream parlors, all sorts of conveniences, and attractions that include Waterville USA and Gulf State Park.

Absolutely love Navy Cove for our purpose!

We stay at Navy Cove often as we love to saltwater fish and having a boat slip and easy access to the gulf is perfect. This condo is very well equipped and nicely appointed. I can’t say enough good things about Meyer Vacation Rental, great communication throughout the rental process, easy check-in/out and we did have one problem with the AC during our rental and with one call it was immediately fixed. Would/will rent this condo again and hope to work with Meyer again also. I was so impressed with Meyer that I told a friend of mine who just purchased a property in Gulf Shores that he should look into them for the management of his property.

Rainy Vacay

I went with friends and their 1 and 3 yr old children. Upon walking in to our condo I was pleasantly surprised at the size as usually wide angled lenses are used to make a space look larger than it is. The living room/dinning room area was quite expansive and allowed a good bit of area for the kids to play in. The appliances in the kitchen were clean and up-to-date as well. Going in the kid's room, it was done up super cute, coral bedding, anchor lamps, which the 3 yr old could not show us enough times, etc. The master was also done up nicely -- bright and light. The third bedroom, where I slept, had minimal lighting from both the overhead light and the lamp. There is a window in both the kid's room as well as the queen bed room, but it is a window to the hallway so you cannot open it to allow more light. It's also a window to the hallway! This I found strange, especially because the condos across the hall also have windows facing the hallway. So weird! Basically, the queen bed room felt more like an afterthought without much love (or light) to make it feel welcoming. If they would add some curtains, color, something, but most importantly, brighter bulbs, that room may not have felt like such a cave amongst the bright and cheeriness of the rest of the space. All in all, we were more than satisfied with the stay. There was ample room in the common space and when it rains all day and you can't really go outside, that is a major plus!
