It is walking distance to downtown shops, dining, and events and only an 8 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Perfect for ski trips or summer escapes, our home offers comfort, year-round adventure and location all in one!

Our home is designed to be a comfortable and inviting home base for your Northern Michigan getaway!

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and small appliances. The large kitchen island with bar stools creates a natural gathering spot and there is also a counter-height dining table for additional seating.

The main floor offers two comfortable bedrooms-one with a queen size bed and dedicated workspace for anyone who may need to check in on work during their stay. The other bedroom has twin size bunk beds perfect for the kiddos. There is a full bathroom with bath tub/shower combo stocked with the essentials. The spacious family room has a large sectional that is so incredibly comfortable and perfect for lounging and streaming your favorite show on the 60 inch smart TV. Full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. You’ll also find a bright and inviting sunroom with cozy seating-it is a guest favorite for sipping coffee in the morning, curling up with a book, or relaxing after a day at the beach or ski slopes.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each featuring king beds and a smart TV for those who enjoy watching their favorite show before bed. There is also a very large, full bathroom with shower so that no one has to fight over who gets the bathroom first!

Step outside and take advantage of the spacious, fully fenced backyard where you can let the kids run around worry free or gather around the patio table for a meal while taking in the fresh air. In the evenings, hang out around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars, There are also two parks with playgrounds within walking distance and a pickle ball court nearby. Within a 30 minute drive or less to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Bay Harbor, Gaylord, and East Jordan.

Beaches and Water Fun
Spend sunny days at Peninsula Beach Park, one of Boyne City’s most popular swimming spots on beautiful Lake Charlevoix that offers a splash pad for the littles (0.8 miles). You’ll also find boat launches, kayak and paddleboard rentals, and marinas nearby in downtown Boyne City for endless water adventures. For a more nature-filled beach day, Young State Park offers sandy shoreline, hiking trails, picnic areas, and gorgeous lake views (2 miles).

Outdoor Adventure Year-Round
Just over a mile away, Avalanche Preserve Recreation Area is a local favorite with scenic hiking trails, a disc golf course, and incredible views from the famous lookout over Lake Charlevoix. In winter, the park transforms into a snowy playground with sledding hills and ice skating with free sled and ice skate rentals.

Skiing & Winter Sports
Only 6 miles (about 8 minutes) away, Boyne Mountain Resort offers world-class skiing and snowboarding, plus cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and winter tubing. Inside the resort you’ll also find Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark perfect for family fun year-round. Snowmobilers will love that Northern Michigan’s extensive snowmobile trail system is easily accessible nearby.

Golf & Northern Michigan Wineries
Golf lovers are surrounded by incredible courses including Boyne Mountain Golf Courses (6 miles) and the historic Belvedere Golf Club in Charlevoix (19 miles). Downtown Boyne City is an easy 0.5-mile walk from the house and packed with charm. In the summer, don’t miss "Evenings at the Gazebo Summer Music Series" Wednesday nights offering free concerts-just bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy singing along to good tunes and chilling with your friends/family. “Stroll the Streets” every Friday night, when downtown fills with live music, street performers, and family activities. On Saturday mornings, the popular Boyne City Farmers Market at Veterans Park offers fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, and local artisan goods. Boyne City is also home to can't miss annual events like the Morel Mushroom Festival (May), Boyne Thunder (July), and Pirate Festival (August).
