This cozy suite features a compact kitchenette and a furnished patio, and there is also a separate laundry room with a full washer and dryer. On-site, guests can swim in the large, heated pool, relax in the spa, enjoy the clubhouse, or have fun on the putting green. You'll also enjoy views of Black Mountain and Pinnacle Peak from the pristine grounds.

Worse HomeAway experience ever!

Nice property, decent location. Management company (Vacasa) was HORRIBLE. Arrived at 4 PM check-in time to find that the unit had not been cleaned/was not ready for check-in. After countless calls to Vacasa, we finally got confirmation that the unit would be cleaned "tonight". We were finally able to occupy at 8:30 PM. Worse experience if over 25 years of renting vacation properties.

Clean space, exactly as advertised. Management responded very quickly. We were there during COVID Initial outbreak in US and without asking they brought us supplies, sanitizer etc. it made us feel better about being away from home and staying healthy. 🙏

Very odd layout

This condo is fine if you don’t plan on cooking or entertaining. Entrance opens into the bedroom. Very small kitchenette. Microwave in the living room. A lot of stairs, weak unreliable Internet, & you have to go through kitchenette to wash your hands after using bathroom. We were given wrong condo # in the info Vacasa sent us. We wouldn’t stay there again.

This was an excellent property. A little father out then I would have liked, but I didnt realize that till I got there. Checking in was difficult, lock box was tricky. The only real negative was the stairs 3 flights of stairs, about 10 steps each, was totally unaware of this. This should be featured prominently in the literature.

Lived the flat, loved the pool and the clubhouse. Great price, great location. Owner is great.

I did not see on the listing that it was a second story unit with no elevator. I'm a disabled vet so the stairs were difficult for me but not undoable.

Great place in Carefree, close to Cavecreek. Reasonably priced.

Lolinda is a super hospitable landlord. Goes out of her way to make the place comfortable and just like home. This place comes with a super awesome pool and clubhouse. Make sure you make use of it. It makes the experience so much better. Note: this is an upstairs condo with no elevator. It's an easy climb but if you are disabled, it might not be for you.
