Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all trash to the Clean Bear Trash Site – this is a city of Big Bear Lake requirement. Please separate recyclables from trash. 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 (only 1.4 miles away)
Ensure hot tub temp is set to 80 and is locked with the chain
Set thermostat to 60 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must sign and agree to abide by the City’s Good Neighbor Policy no later than 48 hours prior to check-in.
Do not enter the locked owners closets in the garage, or the area behind the couch in the garage. No washer/dryer access.
A $200 refundable security deposit hold is required at time of booking.

Super clean and cute. Communication with owners was so easy and so responsive. Cute three bedroom two full bath. Nice balcony with plenty of seating. My lab mix loved the deck. Please don’t leave your pets unattended, we saw a coyote run down the street. It was really neat but a good reminder to keep your pet with you. The yard is fully fenced my dogs fat so she can’t jump it. If you have a youthful dog who can jump be careful. would love to stay again it’s in a great location at night you can hear the coyotes and the wolf and the zoo.

This is a great, Big Bear Lake property with plenty of room for multiple guests. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was up-to-date and worked properly. Nikki and Matthew go out of their way to provide guests with all of the information they need for a great stay, and they were super fast to respond to any communication. The house is within walking distance of the Zoo and Dank Donuts, and it's super easy to drive into town or down to the lake. Great stay!
