This newly-built two bedroom, two bath barndominium sits on 150 acres of peaceful, secluded land just *8 minutes from town* and 8 minutes from Hubbard Lake. Surrounded by nature, you’ll enjoy total privacy and endless outdoor adventure right outside your door. The property sits next door to one of the areas nicest golf courses and the Thunderbay River. Two kayaks are available for guest use upon request. Snowmobile, ATV, cross-country ski/biking trails are just up the road. Relax on a walk down the field or in our woods or stargaze into a wide-open sky. A private studio in a separate building is just steps from the front door and offers a quiet place to work remotely or hang out. Come and make yourself at home!

-Additional acreage (all but 10 acres that house sits on) is off limits during hunting season (Nov. 15th-Dec. 31st) -No subletting/unapproved guests
-For monthly stays, guest must pay for excessive utility usage (totaling more than $500) -No commercial photography or videography.

What makes this property unique

This property is truly unique located close to town, but with awesome amenities. It’s perfect for those looking for a short getaway, remote workers, or those looking to work in town and return to a quiet spot after work to enjoy the outdoors. Our property is across the street from one of the premier golf courses in the area and the Thunderbay River. Use our kayaks and enjoy catching some nice size bass or just floating the river. We also have 150 acres so you can explore the walking trails on our land. If you are looking for a base to ride ATVs or snowmobiles, devils lake trails access is just up the road. Also just up the road is Norway Ridge Trails which offer beautiful mountain biking and hiking trails in the spring, summer and fall and cross-country and fat tire biking during the winter. Enjoy our home and let us know if you would like recommendations for anything in the area.
