Welcome to our newly built cottage in the heart of Bemus Point, one of the most beloved destinations on Chautauqua Lake. Just a short walk from the village’s restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions, this modern cottage offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and lake living.

Built within the last decade and recently styled by a professional designer, the cottage is bright, clean, and thoughtfully furnished to provide a relaxing retreat after a day on the lake. The space feels fresh and comfortable while maintaining the charm of a classic Chautauqua Lake cottage.

Guests enjoy access to our lakefront dock and gazebo on Chautauqua Lake. Spend your days swimming, boating, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water while enjoying beautiful sunsets over the lake. The dock can accommodate boats, making it easy to explore the lake or arrive by water during your stay.

Inside, the cottage offers a welcoming place to unwind after a day outdoors. The home includes one private bedroom along with a pull-out sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Heating and air conditioning keep the home comfortable in every season.
