The island of Maui offers many outdoor activities to enjoy the tropical island life. World class beaches, whale watching, tennis, golf, hiking, surfing, swimming, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, along with guided tours. After a day of enjoying activities relax back at you air-conditioned condo with access to two swimming pools with hot tubs and tennis court. The manicured garden setting offers picnic areas with BBQ facilities.

Make sure to take time to enjoy the quiet and private resort at Maui Banyan. This property is situated on 8 acres of gorgeous and lush tropical landscaping. The numerous palm trees spread throughout the property make the perfect spot to enjoy some shade and feel the Trade Winds breeze by. Take a dip in the pool, work on your tan or relax in the hot tub! There is a tennis court on property for your convenience. Get your family and friends together to BBQ on the grills under the shade of a Banyan Tree as you soak in the World Famous Maui Sunsets!

This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has been recently renovated with many upgrades throughout. The full size kitchen includes gorgeous granite countertops, new bamboo wood cabinetry, stainless steel top of the line appliances, full size washer/dryer. Bathrooms were completely upgraded with beautiful tile, granite countertops stand up shower with glass enclosure in the first bathroom and a tub in the primary bath. In living area features a pull out queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam bed. The entire condo has beautiful tile through including on the expanded lanai for relaxing. The unit has AC in both living and bedroom areas along with ceiling fans.

Our 5-night stay at the Maui Banyan Resort in January 2024, was an unforgettable experience. Perfectly situated just steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops, the condo's location made exploring the island effortless and enjoyable. Each morning greeted us with sun-soaked beaches, while evenings offered leisurely walks to nearby attractions. The condo itself impressed with its beautiful design and comprehensive amenities, ensuring our utmost comfort and relaxation. Nestled in South Kihei, opposite Kamaole Beach II, the resort is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and features amenities such as swimming pools, jet spas, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. The convenience of having ocean activities, dining, and shopping within walking distance, coupled with the condo's clean, well-appointed interior, made our stay truly special. The Maui Banyan Resort embodies a perfect mix of Hawaiian charm and modern convenience, making it a highly recommended destination for a memorable Maui vacation.

Awesome stay at Maui Banyan

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Maui Banyan was a great experience! It became our comfortable home for two weeks. The condo was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen and beach accessories provided. The resort was maintained impeccably was very friendly and welcoming staff. And the location was right across the street from a beautiful beach, one of the recommended for viewing sunsets and snorkeling. It was also very centrally located, but not right in the thick of Kihei, which was nice. We look forward to returning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location excellent for beach-lovers. Descriptions accurate. Cooked at home a lot and was surprised at variety of utensils, both for grilling and home use. Also, attention to detail was above and beyond - down to colored washcloths for makeup removal! Impressive. Yes, we would recommend with one proviso - the lanai has both air-conditioners vented there against the glass (plexiglass?) so the hot air swirls and never leaves. You cannot enjoy being outside unless you turn the ACs off and wait a few minutes for the heat to dissipate. But a) you don’t spend a lot of time in the room and b) the owner probably doesn’t have a choice of location. Just something to be aware of.

Banyan H205

Perfect home away from home. Close to shopping, restaurants, snorkeling coves, golf courses and endless sunsets. Impeccably clean- stocked with beach chairs, coolers, towels plus the bed was super comfy with perfect pillows and extra cozy blankets. We really enjoyed our visit and didn’t want to leave! Mahalo
