THE LOCATION, THE SPACIOUS LAYOUT, THE CONDITION. THE UPGRADES. IT IS LOCATED ON THE CORNER AND IT HAS A SMALL HOUSE FEEL TO IT. UNLIKE MOST CONDOS THAT ARE A MAZE TO GET TO. THE PARKING IS ALSO GREAT, IT OFFERS A LOT OF STREET PARKING. IT IS NOT EASY TO PURCHASE A PROPERTY IN SAN DIEGO WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY TAKE STEPS TO THE BEACH....THEY JUST RARELY POP UP. WHEN THIS ONE CAME UP WE JUST WENT FOR IT, AS WE KNEW THESE TYPE OF PROPERTIES ARE HARD TO ATTAIN.

THE MOST UNIQUE BENEFIT OF THIS PROPERTY IS ITS SHORT DISTANCE TO THE WATER AND DOWNTOWN VIEWS AND SHELTER ISLAND. IT IS FAR, FROM THE BUSY NESS OF THE CITY, BUT CLOSE TO ALL THE IMPORTANT PLACES. IT TAKES MINUTES TO GET ANYWHERE. SAN DIEGO AIRPORT, DOWNTOWN, GREAT RESTAURANTS, HISTORICAL SITES, SAILING, HUMPHREYS, SHELTER ISLAND. THIS WAS MY FATHERS FAVORITE PLACE OF ALL SAN DIEGO, HE SAID IT HAD A CERTAIN FLARE OF CLASS. WE LIKE THE LAYOUT OF THE COMMUNITY AND THE SMALL VILLAGE AREA. MY FATHER ALWAYS OWNED HIS OWN BOAT AND ENJOYED POINT LOMA, HE ALSO LIKED THAT IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM MOST OTHER SOUGHT OUT BEACH COMMUNITIES.......WE HOPE IT STAYS UNIQUE.

Great home base to see all of San Diego County
Lovely Condo with garage and also lots of free parking all through the La Playa area. Car or Uber needed to enjoy Downtown San Diego but this place is a great home base to do this. We spent lots of time on the cute bay beach and walked many times on the bay sand path to stores on La Playa and also walked to Shelter Island with its wonderful views. Don't miss the USS Midway tour and Cabrillo National Park, they are simply unforgettable.
Lovely Condo in Excellent Location -- Great Value!
We thoroughly enjoyed our June/July 2018 stay at Leticia's condo. The location is extraordinary -- just a block from an extremely family-friendly neighborhood beach next to Shelter Island. The Point Loma neighborhood is about a mile from its village center with plenty of restaurants, cafes and small retail shops. There is a LOVELY walking path accessible from the beach which runs along the bay/marina all the way into the village.
The first floor condo is very tastefully decorated -- all mid/high end quality-- fully equipped with great appliances, furniture and all needed (and more) items. The bedrooms and living room do face a fairly busy street which is a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings - but manageable. The building itself is of high quality with quiet, friendly neighbors. Parking space is easy both on the street and in the private garage. Kids loved to take out the kayak and other beach equipment. Leticia was an excellent host -- kind and very attentive to any request. I would definitely recommend this option and would happily return there in the future! Great value!
A wonderful and comfortable retreat to come back to each afternoon.
The condo was extremely clean, with all necessary convenience, even brand new pots and pans. The building is very quite, only 12 unit over 4 floors. The unit itself was convenient in that it is on the 1st floor and it’s patio is located at the front of the unit near the street so you can pass grocery items etc over the patio rail.
We were in San Diego 5 weeks while visiting our daughter who is fighting cancer, and the condo proved to be an excellent retreat not only for ourselves, but our daughter and family as it’s located a very short block from a wonderful family beach that provides a up close vantage point to see the large ships either coming into or leaving the Port of San Diego for open waters.
We could not have wished for a better place to stay for an extended time. We hope to return for another extended stay in the Fall.

Summer month in Point Loma
If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the perfect condo in San Diego. The location is central and the location on Point Loma very close to Shutter Island with it's great little restaurants and coffee shops. All the amenities of home from dinnerware to placemats are a plus. Parking is covered and is never a problem. The neighbors are friendly and fun. We were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the front porch.
Where we are located you can see the downtown area and the fireworks during their season. Minutes from Shelter Island, enjoy Humphries on the Bay…Sailing... just a tranquility and beyond. Everything you need is so close you do not need to travel very far, just relax!
