Welcome to your lakefront retreat on Lake Keowee—perfect for family vacations, Clemson game weekends, and relaxing getaways. This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features an open-concept living area ideal for gathering, entertaining, and enjoying beautiful lake views, with plenty of space for families or groups to spread out and unwind. Enjoy direct waterfront access with a private dock for swimming and boating, a private beach area perfect for relaxing and easy lake entry, and a rare gentle slope from the house to the water—unlike many homes in the area with steep paths from the house to the lake. Spend evenings around the fire pit or cooking on the BBQ grill, and enjoy added fun with air hockey, a movie theater, stand up paddle boards and kayaks available for guests. A large driveway offers ample parking. The home is located just 30 minutes from Clemson University and close to hiking and outdoor recreation. Guests love the private beach, easy walk to the water, spacious layout, family-friendly setup, and peaceful setting. Whether you're boating, relaxing by the water, grilling at sunset, or unwinding by the fire pit, this home offers the full Lake Keowee experience. As the year progresses, we’re continually enhancing the property with thoughtful upgrades, refreshed furnishings, and new amenities to make each stay even better! The boat slip is not available for use.
There is parking for boat trailers at the property, and there are several boat ramps for launching nearby.
Video and noise monitoring devices are placed around the exterior of the house for the security of the property, safety of our guests, and to ensure respect for our neighbors and property, as well as to monitor for unauthorized guests exceeding the max occupancy and to make sure unauthorized parties do not occur (no cameras or audio recording devices are inside the house).

**Please note that the property owners may come to the property to use their boat. You will be notified if and when they will arrive to take the boat out and they will do their best to not disturb you**

New home, very clean, nice floating dock with gradual grade from house to dock. Kids enjoyed media room and air hockey. Had nice little touches such as Nespresso coffee pods and extra toiletries under the sinks. Been using VRBO for years and this is the first house I could imagine myself living in!

This is house is beautiful and well laid out. The deck overlooking the lake and dock is very relaxing. We hosted a large group from our company and everyone felt right at home and very much enjoyed the ease of access to the lake. The long ample driveway was perfect for multiple cars. Paddle boards were a lot of fun, and we also were able to pull up a pontoon. It was a great time! Very comfortable and organized.

This property is both beautiful on the inside as the outside.It is a gem and the hosts, Annalissa and Michael, are wonderful! So kind and accommodating.We knew we had to provide a review because it is the best experience we have had with VRBO. This property is so nice that, admittedly, there is a part of me that wants to keep it to ourselves but we know it deserves this 10/10 review. Where to start?The host, Annalissa, is the nicest I have encountered.She is quick to reply, answer ANY questionsl she truly wants guests to enjoy her home. There is nothing that is overlooked. We gathered at Keowee for a family vacation with 5 siblings and their families booking different properties.I had never been to this part of SC yet wanted to be near my sister. Annalissa was helpful in telling me how far her home was; this became the start.I was between two properties; it was the host and location that made the difference.The property is stunning; lakefront with a beautiful lawn, beach, dock and outdoor patio areas.In fact, it became the favorite spot for our families to meet (this house has a gentle slope to the lake; very child friendly).Inside, it is immaculate and everything is new from the appliances to amenities (including sound machines and fans in each room), linens, games, kitchenware, etc.There are lots of windows for the picturesque views.Downstairs, there are many places for kids/teens to enjoy themselves with air hockey, games, and movie room.We would return for this property!
