Sweet Berry Farm, a local farm and eatery with small produce market and prepared meals is within walking distance as well as Peabody and Third Beaches. Downtown Newport can be reached by car within minutes. The bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin beds. And for families with small children, there is a crib and high chair available. There is also a swing set and trampoline in the yard and a copious amount of toys and games. Beach chairs, towels, sheets and all cooking essentials are provided. Our family had an incredible week at this gorgeous property! The house itself is beautiful -- clean, bright, comfortable, perfectly decorated, and fully stocked with everything a visitor would need, from binoculars to watch the deer feeding in the adjacent fields, to beach chairs and an umbrella for our daily trips to Second Beach. We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in the door. The yard and property are also exquisite. Every aspect of the natural beauty surrounding this house -- glorious sunrises, birdsong, bunnies hopping in the yard, hydrangeas blooming -- makes it such a peaceful, private spot. The fact that it is so close to all the fun Newport has to offer is an added bonus. We loved our magical vacation at this very special place!
