Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
No need to do anything but take your trash with you when you leave. Dumpster is on your way out at the top of the hill. Put dishes in dishwasher and run it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We only host 2 guests. Any other guest visitors must be authorized by Jeana
No smoking of Marijuana on the entire property of Indian Pointe Resort. $250 fine
No Glass at Pool! Quiet time is 10pm-8am We ask all guest to be respectful of the neighbors. Voices do echo in a cove!

This condo is nicely decorated, directly on the lake, and super clean. The pool is right out the door and down one flight of steps. The pool was very clean and we could not hear any noise from the area in the condo. Owner was great at communication and condo had everything you need for your stay. Location is 5 minutes to everything. Plenty of stores nearby to get whatever you need. The sunsets are amazing from this condo area. Watch it from the deck or down 2 buildings.
