Paras ranta-arvo itÀrannikolla! TÀmÀ Pelican Point -huvila on tÀydellinen paikka hiljaiseen poistumiseen tai rannalle kokoontuvaan perheeseen. NeljÀn makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyammeen 2000 sf-talossa mahtuu kymmenen kahta king-vuodetta, yksi queen-vuode, kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta ja ulosvedettÀvÀ Queen-vuodesohva. TÀysin varustettu keittiö, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, pysÀköinti talon alla, takka ja ulkosuihku. Gourmet-keittiö remontoitiin kokonaan vuonna 2008, ja se on varustettu kaikella, mitÀ tarvitset. Kaikki kylpyhuoneet on hiljattain remontoitu.

TÀssÀ kodissa on syöttötuoli ja pack-n-play, rantatuolit, lelut, kaikki liinavaatteet, kolme televisiota videonauhurilla, stereot ja ilmainen langaton internet. Jokainen vuokra sisÀltÀÀ yhden ajoneuvokortin ja Beach and Racquet Clubin (olympiakokoinen uima-allas, kiddie-allas, kuntokeskus, tenniskentÀt, leikkipaikka, hiekkalentopallo ja koripallo) tÀysimÀÀrÀisen kÀytön.

Pelican Point on vain yhden rivin leveÀ, joten turvatarkastus kuisti on merelle pÀin upeaa auringonnousua vastaan ja avoin kuistilla on suon suuntaan vÀrikkÀitÀ auringonlaskuja. Aivan etuoven ulkopuolella on puinen jalkakÀytÀvÀ, joka johtaa yksityiseen, tungosta rantaan, joka ulottuu kahden ja puolen mailin pÀÀhÀn. Great location, next to walkway to the beach. Sunrise views and sunsets on the beach were spectacular. The community pool club and basketball courts were excellent. Our dogs loved the beach too.

Our Stay at Pelican Point

Great vacation home with close beach access. Ideal home with all the amenities you can think of, beautiful views of the ocean and marsh, very clean with plenty of room for our family of 10. Highly recommend this home and hope to vacation here again in the future.

Our favorite area to stay!

Fran was amazing and the place is perfect for little ones! The beach is filled with life and things to explore! We had our grand kids 2 & 4 with us. The shore is shallow a LONG LONG way out and was perfect for them to play in. My only regret was not having that glass of wine with Fran! Next time my friend!!

Excellent Location

First and foremost Fran is a wonderful host - she was not only very easy to talk with via email but also in person. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I was able to spend with her and her thoughtfulness of a welcome gift to her well appointed home. Everything we needed was available for our use, including but not limited to towels, both bath and beach, linens on all the beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, if they had been needed. Plus the water was very drinkable so we didn't need to purchase any, always a plus in my book. The amenities within the community were wonderful as well, we spent as much time down at the pickleball courts and pool as we did on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, really we couldn't have asked for a better place for our annual family vacation and we certainly will be counting the days until we can return, next year.

Christmas at Harbor Island

Property was in excellent shape. Very clean property. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and casserole dishes. We even baked cookies! Nice kettle grill outside. Quiet neighborhood. Nice views of the beach and marsh. Fran was helpful and check-in was easy. Would consider staying again for a beach trip.

Fabulous location

The house was perfect for our vacation with 4 toddlers!!! The location could not have been any better and the house was well stocked with everything. We will definitely rent this house again. The beach area and pool were great for all our littles also.

Awesome Location

My family enjoyed our first time staying on Harbor Island. Fran & Dennis really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation! The unit was full of supplies to make our stay so enjoyable! Kitchen was absolutely best stocked of any rental we have had. We used the Hunting Island Pass Fran made available to enjoy the beach/park a couple days while there. We enjoyed visiting the lighthouse area at Hunting Island which brought back many happy memories of visiting as a teen. Habor Island is a beautiful island that is well maintained and very clean! Traffic was almost none existent once in the gate. Such a wonderful time of making memories with family! Would definitely recommend Pelican Point for a fantastic vacation spot!

Pelican Point

Perfect location for laid-back beach lovers! House is right beside the sidewalk to the beach! Within walking distance to the pool! Fantastic view of beach from upstairs bedroom and you can watch the sun come up from both beach-fronted bedrooms! Very nice house with plenty of room! Host supplies plenty of beach supplies - towels, toys, floats, etc. Kitchen has great abundance of any kind of cooking utensil/appliance you may need! Our host, Fran, was immediately attentive to a small snafu in the kitchen and issue was resolved within just a couple of hours. Thanks, Fran! Surf is a bit too calm for older kids, but a pass is supplied for Hunting Island which is only a 5 minute drive down the coast. Plenty of waves there! Lovely area. Great house!

South Harbor Island Rd beach house

We had a very nice stay with the family and grand kids (1, 2 years old). The beach was quite calm so it was easy for the little girls. The house was very well appointed. It had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The kitchen was extremely well supplied and the appliances were in great shape. Very nice refrigerator. All the furniture was in great shape. Two things that I found most helpful were: 1. the house itself was quite clean and free from the usual accumulation of rental property dust (no issues with allergies amongst us), and 2. the beds were in great shape (no sagging mattresses so we all slept great). Thanks for a great time.

Pelican Point

We have been coming to Beaufort for 3-4 years. This has been the best vacation we have had staying at this home. Fran is a super host. She has everything you need. All you have to bring is your clothes and food. The house was very clean and spacious. Our grandkids enjoyed all the games and beach toys that she provided. I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed renting this home from Fran. She is only a phone call away and willing to help in anyway she can. I give this home a 5+ star rating.

Great house and location. Needs some updatesa

This house is great! The proximity to the boardwalk to the beach was fantastic, especially since my Mother in law is handicapped and needs a wheeled walker. The house is laid out well and the owner has the kitchen and baths exceptionally stocked! Everything we could need to cook in every meal. Beds were okay with plenty of very nice and comfortable pillows. The house itself was very clean, kitchen, all bathrooms and main areas were clean. Now the one negative was we immediately noticed an odor and at first just thought it was where the house had been closed up then found that it was coming from the couch and 2 chairs in the living room. These pieces of furniture were worn very bad and were very dirty. The pull-out couch in the upstairs bed room was in the same condition. They were all uncomfortable and overall dirty. I also think that if a house that accommodated 8 adults should have comfortable seating for 8 in the main living room (only living room) We couldn’t all sit and watch the basketball tournaments together. This is a simple and relatively inexpensive fix for this otherwise fantastic house

Pelican Point is our favorite location on Harbor Island! This rental had everything we needed (outdoor equipment, spices, towels, sunscreen, etc.) and the communication was fantastic. Absolutely 5 stars

Powell Family Vacation

Fran provided everything we needed for a great stay for the week. She went above and beyond for us. She answered quickly every time I messaged her from prior to the trip and during. She is a lovely lady. The home was plenty big enough for our family of seven adults, three children, and two dogs. The island is beautiful. The one thing we weren't used to is the high and low tide difference on the island. My husband and I enjoyed walking out during low tide one time in the evening. That was pretty neat. We used the SC park pass to Hunting Island State Park and spent a lot of time over there. We preferred that beach over Harbor Island due to the waves and ability to still be in the ocean at low tide without having the mud. It was no problem to drive over there as it is so close. We enjoyed Beaufort, some traveled to Tybee, and Port Royal for a lovely dinner at Fishcamp. Fran recommended Fishcamp and it did not disappoint. The mosquitoes and flies were determined, but so was our bug spray. We did spray ourselves almost every time we went outside. Make sure you bring good bug spray and you won't have to worry about them. There is also a beautiful screened in back porch. The locals did tell us the fruit on the fruit trees this year is what caused so many bugs as it's usually not this bad. Overall we had an amazing vacation. Thank you, Fran!

Great beach for children

The facility was perfect for our family. We loved being close to the boardwalk to the beach. We enjoyed the community pool as well. The beach was great for children because it was shallow and not rough. On the other hand when it was low tide it was a long walk to the water. The only reason I mentioned the walk is if someone has difficulty walking distances it could be an obstacle. The beach was not crowded or loud music playing. Nice relaxing beach.

All You Need

This place has all you need! Our families had a great time vacationing here, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. The teens wanted more waves than the sound, but the owners had left a pass to the nearby state park we could use to go catch some waves!
