Our family of 5 had the best time. Home was clean and peaceful. Able to walk to beach and not deal with parking lot was key! Can't wait to book again.

This is truly a home away from home! We had a wonderful stay at Jeremy & Sonia’s house with our grandchildren. The house is clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked, the beds are comfortable and it’s an easy 15 minutes walk to the beach. We are aware that bed linens and towels are provided but to arrive and found all the beds made just put it over the top!! Jeremy & Sonia, congratulations and best wishes to you in your new home and thank you for sharing it with us. We look forward to returning next year!

We had the best time at Jeremy's place. The house was exactly as advertised and it exceeded our expectations in every way. It appears newly renovated and everything was pristine. We are grateful for the numerous little touches that showed their desire to make this a top VRBO. Example: you know when the outlet is in the middle of the wall of a king size bed so you can't reach it? Well, they thought of that by adding a power strip that fed out to the nightstand next to the bed. Flying from out of town and can't bring a beach chair with you? They have them. Great A/C? (needed during a warm summer week) -- they have it. Have little kids and want some beach toys? they have them.Bayview beach is about a 20 min slow walk from the house. I could go on and on -- we loved our time at the Cape and Jeremy's house was a major reason why.
