This 4-bedroom, 2 bath coastal retreat is ideally located on a quiet, dead-end street. An easy 0.4 mile walk down side streets to Bayview Beach. The open-concept home has been renovated with gleaming new hardwood floors; a fully updated kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and KitchenAid appliances; newly installed recessed lighting; and all new high-end furniture. Step outside to the expansive new TimberTech deck with all-new Polywood furniture —the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening grilling on the new Weber grill. There is also a beautiful new outdoor shower off the deck.

Furnished with 1 queen bedroom and bath (shower only) downstairs and 3 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, including a king bed, a full bed, and 2 twin beds. Everything you need for a perfect beach day is ready and waiting: Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to haul it all down to the sand. Linens and bath towels are included, so you can pack light and arrive ready to relax.

With central AC, WiFi, 2 Samsung smart TVs, new washer and dryer in basement, beach gear, and all linens and bath towels included, every detail has been considered to create a relaxed atmosphere so you feel at home the moment you arrive.
