- We love cats, but the owner is allergic so cats are not permitted
- Only approved-in-advance pets, including the $300 per reservation non-refundable pet deposit
- No `high-risk` dog breeds, such as Pit-bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Pinschers, or Akitas
- Must clean up after pets, to include waste in the yard
- Only registered guests are allowed overnight
- Quiet hours are required to ensure a peaceful environment for the neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00p - 7:00a
- Report any damages or issues to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained experience for everyone
