Great spot close to the lodge and Black Butte amenities. Property was as described, comfortable, clean, and plenty of room for 4-6 people. Decor and spaces are a little dated, but I’d highly recommend for a stay in Black Butte.

Poorly stocked. Minimal pantry staples. Many chipped glasses and bowls. There were only 2 trash bags we could find. Only a couple pool towels. Only 2 kitchen towels, no sponges or rags to wipe counters. 1 roll of paper towels. Expensive for what it was and not as comfortable as many homes we have stayed in Black Butte for similar price. Unknown bugs in one of the bathrooms.

There is a king bed upstairs in a loft bedroom (no door). Downstairs has a queen bed in one room and 2 twin beds in another room. Beds are comfortable, slept good, very quiet.

Great updated property. Well appointed and comfortable. Great location for our family of 4. Wonderful home. The only issue was with directions to check in. Please note that you must go to Check-in Building and register to get a gate pass. This was not explained. I also asked if I needed a gate code and management company said no. I think the management company is new to Black Butte so didn’t understand the process. Property is a 10.
