A true focal point of the property is the backyard's in-ground pool, surrounded by the twinkle of string lights, and a variety of poolside loungers. A gas grill, hammock, and fire table are also available for outdoor entertainment.



Upon entering, you will immediately feel at home. With two living rooms to sprawl out in, everyone can enjoy their favorite shows with ease. The full kitchen is sure to make the chef of your group smile with its stainless steel appliances, cookware, and sizable breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, gather around the large picnic-style table, or in the sunroom.

The home was clean and spacious. The beds slept good, there were plenty of bath towels, but no beach towels. There are lots of dishes to cook for your party, but there are zero spices so bring your own. The beach is just a short walk away and when you get back there is an outdoor shower to make life easier. The pool deck did have a small hole that needs to be fixed but overall the outdoor area is nice. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The home is super convenient to all of the amenities. We would definitely come back.

A peach of a place!

Great little place with modern amenities and a super close proximity to the beach. The pool was a nice respite in the evenings after a long day in the sand. The tree cover keeps the back yard quite cool and enjoyable even on July days. We hope to find ourselves here again soon.

Great spot for families!

We loved this house! Great layout for families that may want to spread out a bit - multiple gathering places for watching TV or eating. The pool and outdoor spaces are so nice. Great communication with the property management through Vacasa. Tip for returning HHI visitors - this isn’t in Sea Pines, just right outside the gate.

Great vacation home

The Blue Sanctuary has everything you need for a great family vacation. A well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. We really enjoyed the sunroom area off of the kitchen and the covered porches with the swings and rocking chairs.

Lots of activity

Beautiful home. But if you are looking for a relaxing place to spend the day at this is not it. If you are just using it to go around the island it is wonderful. The home is a wonderful place to relax in but the property owners have people and contractors coming in and out all day long even in the backyard.

Wonderful vacation home.

This home was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for those who want to be close to all of Hilton Head's amenities, but far enough away from the busiest areas. The bike trails are right next door and there is a path directly to the beach that can be seen from the front yard. We will definitely be staying at this lovely home again in the future.

Blue Sanctuary is an adorable house in a quiet area of HHI. The yard is completely fenced in back and the pool and deck are great for hanging out. Inside of the home is adorable and having two living spaces is very nice. Quick and easy walk to the beach. We had a great time!!

Gorgeous House in Amazing Location

First off the house is decorated so beautifully. I want to purchase half of the furnishings/lighting for my home. Layout of the house is smart with plenty of room. Fenced in yard was large with plenty of poolside seating and perfect for dogs. Location is amazing. Super quick walk to beach. Easy bike ride to Caligney, Salty Dog and Harbour Town. We will definitely book again.

Our kid almost drowned due to a broken door knob hinge

Our 1 year old almost drown due to being able to open up the door not by twisting the knob, but by just pulling it open. We found out the hard way, they were quick to fix but it ruined our vacation.

Walk out the front door, take a left and across the street you will see a hidden narrow wooded trail which leads to a gorgeous sandy beach in 5 minutes! (Make note of the marker # so you can find your way back.) The house is all one level, no steps, ideal for folks like my husband who uses a rolling walker. (Hopefully the owner will have a safety rail installed in the huge step in shower soon. Also recommend they get a coffee pod machine, though customer service loaned us one!) CS was excellent, they came and removed the child safety devices from the door knobs for us. The pool was inviting but too cold in November. We took our standard poodle and it was great having a fenced in yard. However, I covered a large gap beneath the gate with a stiff outdoor rug as she could have crawled beneath it. And the gardeners left the gate wide open! So if you take a dog, beware of the gate. Trash pick up guys didn't put the rug back up so another risk. The house is spacious, lots of TVs, sofas, dining areas. Lots of towels and blankets available. Icemaker is slow, no salt & pepper. Take extra dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Our favorite restaurant was the waterfront quaint patio Fishcamp, several miles away but worth the drive!
