The home’s backyard includes a patio area, a grill, and a screened-in porch with views of the private pool, as well as a private path that takes you from the property down to the beach and warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean.



Inside, you’ll find a home designed for entertainment! A game room, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player are all provided for your enjoyment, and a brick fireplace and bay windows with gorgeous views of the foliage outside provide a unique interior character. Great house. Great location.

We loved our stay at Oceanside. The house exceeded our expectations with large living spaces, plenary of comfortable beds and bedrooms, a great pool, and a short walk to the beach. It was also close to golf, nature preserves, restaurants, and other vacation activities. We definitely would come back.

Comfortable but not fancy! Perfect for multi generations

This home is comfortable without being too fancy. Great, quick walk to the beach. Big kitchen and dining and living space. The coffee table took out several shins throughout the stay and isn’t very kid friendly - they should definitely switch from a glass top. The mattresses were not the most comfortable on the planet, and there were drain flies in one of the bathrooms. But it was a good value for the money for sure!

Fall Family Trip

This house is wonderful! We loved the location, cleanliness, layout and space. We had my family (4 of us), my brother and his family (4 ppl), and 2 sets of grandparents. We never felt cramped. The kids lived in the pool. The walk to the beach was super quick and easy. Everyone agreed, we will be back!

Coming back next year!

We liked this home a lot, and the service from Vacasa was great! The only reason we are giving 4 stars is the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and we’d have preferred ‘cotton’ sheets instead of the rayon mix that was on the beds - made many of us sleep too ‘hot,’ so the sleep was generally poor. Location was perfect, quiet and easy access to the beach. Lots of parking, though it’s stacked so it’s a bit of a juggle to get in and out. It had extra beach chairs and some pool floats which was nice. Plenty of seating and great layout for a multi generational family to stay. When we come back next year we plan to bring our own sheets.

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful and well maintained. This was a family reunion with nine adults so we fit well. Parking is challenging as you will need to move cars if someone wants to leave. The pool was excellent but make sure VACASA cleans it before you arrive. We lost one day of use. The home does have beach chairs even though the description and VACASA said they did not. I highly recommend the property. It is one of the nicest homes we stayed in while visiting Hilton Head.

Great location

The location was perfect. Not too far in Sea Pines, so easy to get to the house and get out of the community quickly. Close to the beach, easy 5 minute walk at most. The house is very nice but needs a good cleaning. We had to come in and vacuum and wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen. When we got there the smoke alarm was going off and we had to call to get it taken care of. They were quick to take our call but they didn't arrive to fix it until after 11:30 pm (6+ hours after the call) and because of the alarm going off no one could sleep until it was fixed. We understand being short staffed, as they mentioned, and overall we were just happy it got fixed! There was plenty of room in the house and lots of games, books and extra things to do that aren't expected in a rental. We loved our time here and would recommend this property.

Great layout but poor execution on behalf of Vacasa

Vacasa did not schedule house cleaning the first day of rental. We entered the house at 5 PM and we were met with soiled linens, food and trash in kitchen, bathrooms a mess and food in fridge. After phone calls and another visit to Vacasa office, then sent a cleaning crew to clean the house. We finally got into the house after 8:30 PM. The clothes dryer stopped heating by midweek. We reached out to Vacasa but received no response or repair. House had a great layout and close to the beach, but Vacasa did not manage its responsibilities well.

AC Needs a updating

The ac could not keep up with the 85 degree Temps. IT was serviced on Sunday night AFTER A VERY SLEEPLESS SATURDAY night. It was OK until Friday night and it was too hot to sleep on the lower floor. Ants are also a problem. Inquired on Tuesday. But no resolution on Friday. The home overall is great and in a great location. These were the only 2 issues.

Great location, awesome for groups

We loved the location of this property - being steps from the beach was just what we were looking for. The screened in porch was great for evenings! Our group was able to spread out, which was also nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. Room with twin beds had a few kids items which were helpful (changing pad, booster seat, step stools).

Very clean and fairly new house with plenty of great usable space for little kids and adults alike. From the screened-in porch it is about a 5 minute walk, on a paved and kept walkway, until your toes are in the sand on a beautiful beach. You are also very close to a lot of great food places and DoorDash delivers there. Highly recommend.

Great location. Beds and bedding could use a little update.

The location of this house was perfect!! It’s a much easier walk to the beach than we anticipated. Everything was clean and ready for our group when we arrived. The screened in porch was a huge bonus and the open kitchen/living area accommodated us all very well. The king bed in the 1st floor guest room was awful. The squeaking from the box spring was so loud it became comical to just sit on the bed. I contacted Vacasa and was told nothing could be done but that they would notify the homeowner. I sure hope they get that corrected for future guests. The layout isn’t described well in the listings so we were a little disappointed about the lack of common bathrooms.

Great house. Super convenient locain sea pines. Beach access was easy and house was clean and spacious. Wish they had a few more beach items, ie beach towels pool toys etc but I would still rent this house again without it.

Wonderful home for our vacation!

Location to the beach was great. Only a very short walk on the walking path. Pool size was just right. Loved the screened in porch especially early in the morning and in the evening. All around a wonderful home. Hope to rent it again in the future!
