The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is before 11:00 am. Leave beds unmade and group dirty towels together. Load and run the dishwasher before you go. Pots and pans DO NOT GO IN DISHWASHER Empty the fridge. Take out the trash.
Make sure you're not forgetting anything you own. Cleaning after your pet and haul away pet waste from premises. Check all windows making sure they are closed and locked. Lock all doors as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not allowed on beds, blankets or sheets. There is an extra cleaning charge of $100 if there is pet hair on the bedding. or excessive shedding
All animal feces must be picked up and hauled away for disposal off-site by guests upon checkout.
Adults must supervise play in the game room. Choking hazards are present. Game equipment has been leveled andmay not be moved, sat or climbed on.

Clean and spacious. Well equipped. Well decorated in a perfect patriot way! Everything we could need and more were in the home. We really like the patio-right up against a mini forest. Private and quiet. This is a duplex, and renting both sides would be perfect for 2-3 families vacationing together. We laughed at the Bears too - so cute! Easy to get to town. We had an elk in the driveway when we got there - he was just a baby saying hello! We highly recommend.
