A nice place with plenty of room and a nice view of the lake. Communication with the host was excellent with quick responses to any questions. We would rent this home again.

Freshly renovated which was nice! Very cool vibe with modern amenities, and had an amazing view! Was only a couple minutes from boyne city and we were running all around anyway, so we were basically just sleeping there. Would recommend for a cost effective stay in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at The 70’s Place. There are a few easy things that could be done to improve the stay. (Shampoo and conditioner, coffee and creamer for the first morning, a little more attention to dirt under chairs etc, and a working VCR)

Sorry for the slight inconveniences. The DVD player did work for the last guest, so I don't know what happened there but I'll check into it. The floor was just sealed with a sealer that we are not happy with as it left a residue on the floor . Coffee and creamer is something we normally do not provide and is not listed in the description as somethingweprovide, though by request of the guest we would provided it for free. We have tried to offer coffee and creamer before, but nobody ever seems to use it and it just expires and goes stale. Improvements such as Landscaping is coming soon. Sorry you could not get the DVD player to work and like I said ,we are definitely going to check into that. Thank you for choosing cozy Boyne vacation rentals.
