30 day minimum stay only. Top Floor unit, share only one wall. No one above you. Vaulted ceilings. Fully Equipped and recently remodeled with Modern finishes. King Bed and Sofa Sleeper set up in Living room. Private, outer facing balcony with Gas BBQ Grill. Located on the south side of Little Italy in the Piazza Palermo building with nice amenities (including a legitimate gym) and great access to freeways, airport, close to Trolley station and VERY walkable to San Diego Bay, Little Italy and Downtown San Diego attractions.
