The house was clearly a model home. Upgrades everywhere! We felt like we'd just arrived at our newly built home!! We actually had MORE space than we needed. The kitchen was large, clean and beautiful. New (looked BRAND new!) appliances. Plenty of cookware if your into preparing meals on your vacation. There was ample seating at the large dining room table and additional seating in the converted garage. The garage had an identical, large table along with a TV, sofa and, game consoles. The three FULL BATHS made it so much better for my wife and I and our three adult children when we finished a day at the beach, or were getting ready in the morning.Only one little issue towards the end of our stay. The front door touch pad lock, had a small glitch. A quick message in the Vrbo app to our host, resolved the issue in minutes and we had access again. Basically, a non-issue. It was reassuring to know that if anything else came up (nothing did) our host would be easily and quickly accessable. GREAT PLACE!
