The room was very clean and the beach amd pool view was very good. The building had several projects going on but didn’t affect the stay. Overall if I was going back I would definitely stay at this condo.

One of our favorite things to hear is that guests found their own little slice of paradise during their stay. I'm not sure what you mean by projects at the building as they don't have any work going on at this time. They finished rebuilding the trash chute and resurfaced the pool over a year ago and haven't had any work planned since.

Had such a great experience with this condo and company. Located in a tranquil area with no vehicles and just lots of natural beauty. Very quiet in residential - most days we had the beach to ourselves. The pool deck was never even busy and the neighbors were friendly. The rental agency was very kind and helpful every step of the way. Unit clean and even better than the photos. Can’t recommend it enough!
