About this property

Creekside lily pad in Dahlonega with hot tub and mtn views

Location, location, location! Our lily pad sits on a major creek viewing a mountain in a peaceful rural location, yet is only 5 minutes from the Dahlonega square. Our brand new pad (April 2026) is ready to delight and managed by a super host. Lumpkin STR: 5325 The Lily Pad was designed and built for for the sole intention of short term rental guest enjoyment. We've taken our experience hosting guests in Dahlonega over the years to create a pad that makes you feel welcome and that you've found a place to getaway from the every day. The Lily Pad is a two bed room, two bath 1300 sqft home with a central kitchen and living room area. Both bedrooms are master suites and have king beds. The kitchen is full sized and stocked with all the basic cooking ware you'll need while away. You'll enjoy the bright and cheerful colors and themes though out the pad as well as original artist creations from your host. The Lily Pad sits on over an acre of land right along a major creek here in Dahlonega. From your deck, you'll enjoy the 4 person hot tub but might enjoy the mountain view and starry nights even more. Our Lily Pad does have the ideal location for visitors to Dahlonega. The property location is rural, offering the best of Dahlonega's natural beauties yet its close to everything. The pad is 5 minutes to the Dahlonega square with restaurants and shopping, and about 15 minutes to the national forest or wineries. currently, the Lily Pad does not accept pets as the yard is still being grown. we will change our policy come summer. The road to the lily pad is an easement through our neighbor's properties. the house does show up on GPS, but many find the small roads hard to navigate. please refer to the welcome guide for detailed drive in instructions. Your rental includes the entire house, access to the 1 acre yard, and your own private creek side beach. we are pet friendly, just remember to add them to your reservation as there is a fee. We let the guest lead how they’d like to interact. We are here as you hosts to ensure you enjoy your stay, but will not contact or interact unless requested. The Lily Pad sits in a rural location just outside Dahlonega city limits. like any rural home, you can expect more interactions with wildlife and insect than in the city. the drive into the property is a private drive easement that passes by several homes. the easement is gravel and fairly well maintained. there is a decent sized hill off the easement onto the property, however any car or truck can navigate it with ease. there is some country flair long the easement as well as no trespassing signs. we recommend you keep your speed around 10mph or less, and if asked by anyone just tell them you are a guest at the lily pad down by the creek. Amazing property in a great location - the photos didn't do it justice! Very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host was super-responsive. Our favorite part was sitting in the hot tub, watching the birds and wildlife - we even saw a beaver down by the creekThanks Lori, we would definitely stay here again (hopefully with better weather!)
