Everything is brand new! The owners have spared no expense and given attention to every detail. If you're looking for a vacation home which is unique, fresh and exceptional - this home is for you!

Contemporary, yet fun, describes the style of Aloha House! Each room displays it's own theme in neutral backdrops with accents of blue, purple, orange and other fun colors. Guests will notice all the details from unique art work, pillows, art work, decorative mirrors and accent pieces. The outdoors is just as nice with a large heated pool, Gas BBQ and large table plus seating area.

The Master Suite is sophisticated and relaxing, a fine retreat after a busy day of travel and shopping adventures. Sink into the comfortable and new King-Size Bed furnished with luxurious linens. En Suite Bathroom is complete with Dual Sinks and Walk-in Shower!

Alice in Wonderland theme is featured in Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed, lots of windows and 'Wonderland' accessories.

Fit for a Queen, Bedroom #3 offers another Queen Bed and accents of orange, pink, white and a décor which invites visions of Disney's 'Small World.'

For the adventurer in all of us, Bedroom #4 reminds us of Peter Pan flying through the sky to discover the land of stars. Doze off to dream in bunk beds with a Full Size on the bottom, Twin Size on Top and a separate Twin Bed.

Aloha House offers sleeping for 9 plus an additional bed for a little one. Maximum Occupancy 10. Maximum adults 5

City of Anaheim requirements:

+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. After the signed Reservation Agreement is received, Check-in instructions will be sent which includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable.

+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights

+ Parking: 2-3 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Pool, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

Great for family getaway

My family and my sister’s family came together for a fun family vacation. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Super clean house, well maintained, great layout. The pool was fantastic to wind down after a long day at the theme parks. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

Perfect place to stay for a family. The only complaint being that it took a couple of days for the pool to be heated. It would have been really nice had it been heated in advance of our arrival.

Even better than the pictures!

I had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home. The home is pristine, updated, with everything you could need for an awesome vacation. I stayed with two friends from college( from over 40 years ago!) But there is so much for kids here, including boxes of Disney costumes for dress up, strollers and even a toilet seat insert for toddlers! The pool was perfect. We did not use the grill but there is one, and the kitchen has everything you need.The home is under two miles from Disney, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.The host was ever gracious and the check in was smooth.I highly recommend this home!

Very clean and roomy

Had 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of beds and room in the house. Had everything for small child including high chair, pack and play and dishes. House was very clean upon arrival. Overall very satisfied.

Amazing Anaheim home from home!

An okay stay

Overall the property was mostly clean and a good place for 7 women to stay near Disney for a couple days. A few issues, though: a lot of the clean towels were still damp, we were charged a fee for the heated pool but it wasn’t heated and there was no response from the property when I asked that it be turned on, and sort of a small issue in that there was no ability to use streaming services like Netflix. There was cable but that didn’t work (I declined an offer from the property to send someone out because we didn’t stay long) and there was a DVD player but no DVDs to use. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area and dining area were nice places to gather.

Disney vacation for 9 people-amazing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless,had everything you could need,tbh though we only spent our evenings here as we were at the parks until late each evening. We ubered to the parks(6mins in car) and on our last night 4th July we walked home as uber wait times too long and it looks us 35mins. We also visited Universal Studios while we stayed here and that took us about 1 hr 20mins each way by car. We visited a beach on our first night and that was about 40min drive away but well worth a dip in the Pacific. Would definitely recommend the house, had costumes for your small people and pool is a lot bigger and deeper than it looks in the photos. Got message from Valerie asking how our stay was and if ee needed anything to let her know so really good communication. We were visiting from Ireland and was our first time to Disney and had an amazing time. Would definitely come and stay here again!

With price of hotels in the area and needing 3 rooms we started looking into renting a house. This house was perfect for our group plenty of room. Has pool too if weather is warmer and time allows. Only downside took way to long for the water to get hot especially in sinks.

Excellent for disney stay

They had 2 strollers for use. The pool was too cold for us to use, which was a shame. It was large enough for our party of 5. 30 minute easy walk to Disneyland entrance. Very clean and nicely decorated.

Definitely not walking distance to Disney, but a quick drive if you have a vehicle. Would definitely rent this home again. Everything around was easy and convenient. Much better experience than a hotel. Pool area was a but disappointing lounge chairs were broken so couldn’t really enjoy the outside patio, but we were there in November and weather was t really warm enough to sun bath anyway.

Very Clean, well decorated home

Had a lovely stay here. Pros: +House was very clean +Decorated nicely and as shown in pictures +Pool and ping pong were lots of fun +You can see the Disney Fireworks each night from driveway (if they are doing them) +Lots of appliances and dishes in kitchen +Had coffee, tea, salt and sugar available +Plenty of beach and pool towels +Sweet, safe feeling neighborhood Cons: +Not allowed to have any visitors, ever +Pool wasn't heated (it was hot during our stay, so this was actually no problem for us) +There aren't basics for cooking like oil, garlic salt, Pam, foil, etc. +There are very strict rules (this seems to not be the owners fault, but an Anaheim rental property thing: No noise before 9 am or after 10 pm... even being outside is not allowed, etc.) I believe these are posted so prominently not to make the renter feel unwelcome, but because Anaheim city requires it and they are helping tenants not acquire any costly citations.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed there for 6 days with 5 people from 4 different countries, as an exhibitor of the NAMM show in the Anaheim Convention Center. Which is almost in walking distance. Everything we could wish for was there. Nothing to complain about! Well, the weather could have been a bit nicer, it was rather cloudy. But hey, at least we didn't sweat ;-) Hope to be here again next time!
