Guestbook comments from the manager

We loved our stay. The home was beautiful and immaculate and spacious. The mattresses were comfy and we all slept great. Too bad we weren't there in summer to enjoy the yard a little more. Maybe next time.

Where do you live?

Nice home. Great location.

  • 4 of 5

Home was just the right size for our family. We were pleased with the location, as we were there for a wedding at the Timpanogas Temple. Floors are creaky, but we knew that from other reviews. Concern was basement tub instability, when standing in tub there is not enough support beneath the tub (installation problem?) and we were afraid it might crack. Also, be aware there was no soap provided for showers, so bring your own!

Beautiful inside with great views

  • 4 of 5

Our family of seven greatly enjoyed staying here.

I had noticed there were no outside pictures of the house provided. The yard and deck pale in comparison to the beautifully updated inside. The house is clean and easy to keep clean with provided supplies.

The house is roomy and has plenty of space to make everyone comfortable. There are three living areas to relax and enjoy the striking view. The TVs both had cable and other options to watch TV and movies. The floors creak- that bothered the people sleeping downstairs but we all got used to it after a day.

The beds were comfortable and linens were soft. The owners were quickly responsive to a simple need we had.

From age 7 to 78. We all enjoyed our time here. We hope to stay here again when we return.

Great place but a bit dated.

  • 4 of 5

Very roomy and nice inside. Bathrooms are updated but master bath is crowded and is not convenient for two people. Very few electrical outlets except in kitchen. Ironing board wouldn't stand up for me. Iron worked great. There wasn't a hand mixer and we couldn't find the cord for the electric grill.

I liked the layout and the furniture was very good. The bed in the master was excellent.

The yard needed attention badly.

A/C was fine when it was on, but it turned off in the night and we got too warm a couple of nights.

I would recommend it with a few small caveats.

All is Well

  • 5 of 5

This home is very nice- as described. The view is fantastic! 180 degrees so you can see Utah Lake and the Oquirrh Mountains. Great layout for a crowd. All the kids slept downstairs, where the bunk beds and double beds were. Plus an extra tv room. Plenty of space on the main level for 3 couples, family dining and 2 living rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, serving utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes. In this house, we felt: All is well.

Nice place

  • 4 of 5

First I will give the nice points of this rental. This home provides plenty of sleeping area, nice large table for the whole group to eat at as well as a smaller table for playing games. The home is large and roomy and the view is beautiful!! There was a lightening storm one of the nights we were in the home and it was beautiful to watch as well as the falling snow. They were also very kind to bring in a new set of pots and pans which was very helpful for cooking. There is also plenty of towels, garbage sacks, toilet paper. The home does not provide hair dryer or shampoo or body soap. I do not think that is bad, it is just something a person needs to know. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean. One things that I did do was buy my own kitchen towels as I did not care for the used ones provided. But realize that I am kind of a clean freak. You must also realize that the home is older and dusty. The home is clean but not what I consider super clean but the kitchen/ bathrooms were clean and those are the places that are most important to me. The home is also a ways from the main hwy but if you are headed to the mountains for any reason that is a good note. Hope this is helpful.
