The Royal Palms Condominium Complex is located less than 1 mile East of the intersection of Hwy 59 and the beach road. It is on a quieter part of the beach, next to the State Park and new fishing pier, yet close enough to all of the amenities that everyone in the family will enjoy, from the youngest to the oldest. Royal Palms is a beautiful beach front complex with 2 pools - 1 indoor and 1 outdoor - a hot tub, sauna, steam room and fitness center. It is directly beach front with an outdoor shower to rinse the salt and sand off before returning to your 3rd floor unit. Parking spaces - both covered and open-air are more than adequate. Please note: boat/trailer and motor homes cannot park at this complex.

Unit Features:

This 1 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is located on the 3rd floor of a 14-floor building - there are 2 elevators. The unit is directly gulf-front with a private, covered deck with a lounger and table/chairs for outdoor dining. The living room has a queen-size sofa and rocking chair. You will enjoy watching a DVD or your favorite cable show on the new flat panel TV. The dining area has a table/chairs and 3 bar stools to enjoy meals together or play your favorite games. The master bedroom has a king bed with a pillow-top mattress set, 2 side tables, lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV with cable. The second sleeping area is in the hallway which has built-in bunk beds made for those under 5½ ft tall (child or small adult) - the kids just love this cozy crew quarters.


In our unit, you will find a fully equipped kitchen sure to fulfill all of your cooking needs. There’s a full size refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. You'll also find dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers, coffee pot, toaster, electric can opener, and, most importantly of all, a blender to make your stay in Paradise a little more relaxed!

About Debbie

I am a recently retired Professor of Nursing. My husband is retired from Shell Chemical. We have owned beach front properties in Gulf Shores for over 35 years. Our two kids grew up spending every summer at the beach and we can now do the same with our 3 (so far) grand kids. This unit has offered our family countless years of pleasure and we are happy to share it so that you can make your own lasting memories.

Why Debbie chose Gulf Shores

We really love the family-friendly atmosphere of the Royal Palms complex. It offers so many amenities - beachside shower, 2 pools, a sauna, a steam room and a fitness center. It is right next to the State Park so there is lots of room to spread out on the beach. The new fishing pier is just a short stroll to the East. There is a beach chair/umbrella rental service directly in front of complex.

What makes this condo unique

We are on a lower floor so you can take the stairs if you don't want to wait for 1 of the 2 elevators. Parking is plentiful. The unit is directly gulf-front with beautiful views. So don't hesitate to book early - our dates fill up quickly!

Absolute Dream Vacation!

My family and I had the best time in this Condo! View was perfect and better than you could ever imagine! Owners were very responsive and accommodating during the booking process. Love the chaise patio chair on the balcony! Beach was not crowded at all, plenty of room. Indoor pool made this choice stand out over others!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean and a well run building and facility. Security was always roaming the exterior. The location is ideal for a family with children. We had a blast! From sailing in the air to fishing on the pier, everything is just right outside your building.

Wonderful time in Gulf Shores!

Thank you for the wonderful week in Gulf Shores, we felt very much at home. Great location and beach. Easy beach walk to the pier and only a short car ride to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Debbie was great to answer any questions promptly and would recommend and stay here again! Great restaurants we visited: Acme Oyster, The Original Oyster House and Villagio at the Wharf.
