Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The two-story condo is located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area, baster and second bedroom are handicap accessible. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

Your paradise beach retreat is centrally located in the heart of Avila Beach. Courtyard at Avila has been recognized for its stunning award winning architecture, private courtyard and lovely hillside views. You will also have access to two parking places in secured, gated garage. This unit is one of the largest and quietest town homes in the complex, and was retained by the builder because of its desirability. Approximately 2050 sq ft.

The beach and pier are steps from your front door where you are greeted by a 3/4 mile stretch of white sand beaches. Home to boogie boarders, surfers, beach goers, sun bathers and the like, Avila Beach has some of the best weather in California.
