This VRBO was perfect. We had a girls trip with 14 of us and there was plenty of space for everyone. It’s close to hikes, heavenly village, beaches, boat marinas, and more! The backyard was everything we needed. It is close to other homes and there is a 10pm quiet hours time you need to respect. It’s close to a trailer park and ticket in a neighbor hood, but we never felt unsafe and felt comfortable the whole time. The property itself is fantastic and the owners were very communicative.

Easy access to the house and great location. The house was everything we imagined and more especially for a large group. The kitchen was extremely spacious for all the food we brought. Backyard was amazing for the kids to have fun plus having the games. Wish we could of stayed longer to enjoy it more. Everyone was impressed. Plus, the additonal room was great for the kids to watch TV on and have their own space to relax. Also thank you for accomodating my out

We met in South Lake Tahoe for a family reunion. This property was one of the homes that we booked. The home is ideal for families both in terms of the outside games and amenities as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The location was great as well, close to a Grocery Outlet and beach parks where we met up with our other family members. The host was very responsive, check in was very easy, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful family reunion.

The hosts are amazing. Very helpful. Anytime I sent them a message I was replied to within at least an hour or so. The house is amazing. There are so many bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with spices and other good things. The location is prime. Plenty of bars to walk to and scooters to rent all around. The heated benches by the fire pit were amazing. Really made the experience comfortable and enjoyable

An absolute gem of a house. Lots of space to lounge, an incredibly well stocked kitchen, and room for everyone. The highlight were the heated chairs around the fire pit outside.

We had a wonderful stay at this Tahoe home! The space was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, making it perfect for our group. The location is great, close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and all the house rules are clear and easy to follow. Communication with the owners was excellent, they were quick to respond and very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and property

We had such a great trip with our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and be together. It was a great location - close to everything - and a beautiful house. The host was amazing and very helpful as well! It is the perfect spot to stay.

Outstanding Long Weekend Getaway

Chose Tahoe for my bachelor party. Everything about this VRBO rental added to our memorable trip. Latitude 39 is clean, spacious, cozy, and perfect for any large group. The backyard and great room are second to none. The location is great, walkable to plenty in South Lake Tahoe. Would definitely stay here again someday.
