The 50 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV and a washing machine. Please note: there is no Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The holiday home has a private garden where you can enjoy peaceful mornings.



We recommend visiting Bonassola beach, the Levanto-Framura cycle path, and the beautiful Cinque Terre.



The property offers a parking space. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property provides guidelines to help you properly separate waste; more information is available on site.



Late check-in must be arranged with the owner and is available for an extra fee. Check-in after 11 p.m. cannot be guaranteed. You are required to leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with dishes washed and rubbish taken to the public collection point; failure to do so will incur an extra fee.



For organizational reasons, only one set of keys will be provided to guests.
