5 bedroom + loft, 4 bath with Mountain Views in a beautiful setting
Outlaws' Haven is a custom built, well maintained, spacious home that offers beautiful views and a calming effect for those staying there. There are 3 levels including a downstairs basement with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The front door enters into a beautiful great room with tongue in groove ceilings and a stone fireplace to the ceiling with a loft above. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house with the exception of bedrooms. There is a large gourmet kitchen with all that is required for entertaining a large group. The dining room provides seating for 8 and a large kitchen table has seating for 6. A spacious master bedroom, a bunk room and a guest room are all located on the main floor. The loft has a trundle daybed that will turn into a king sized bed if needed. The master suite has a king sized bed and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a large jacuzzi tub and seperate glass enclosed shower and a walk in closet in the master bathroom. The Bunk room includes a single over a full sized bunk bed and a seperate twin bed. The top bunk and twin have a weight limit of 80 pounds. This suite has a large covered deck. There is a guest bathroom across the hall. The guest room has a queen bed with it's own bathroom. In the downstairs basement are 2 rooms. The larger of the two has a king bed. The smaller room has a queen bed and a bathroom. The large deck off of the main floor offers a wonderful place to sit and take in the beauty of the high country. On the deck, there is a large sectional sofa and a patio table that seats 6. Centrally located, you are in walking distance to the Mountains-to-Sea hiking trail and a cycling group rides by in the summer months, going to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Tweetsie Railroad is 3.5 miles away, Appalachian Ski Mountain is 7 miles and Banner Elk ski resorts are 17 miles away. The quaint town of Blowing Rock is just 5 miles from the front door. We are excited to share our Haven and are sure you will be back!

Why Staci Outlaw chose New River
We love the charm of Blowing Rock and the serene mountain setting of the cabin that is right off of the Blue Ridge Pkwy. We love watching the cows graze in the pastures to the side of the house, the horses down at the bottom of the mountain and the deer, rabbits and other wildlife that can be seen all around us on any given day. We easily unwind here!
What makes this Lodge unique
We enjoy anything outdoors. This area offers beautiful hiking trails, mountain biking, cycling, white water rafting, skiing, tubing, off road running, and many other outdoor activities that our family enjoys. The house is made for entertaining large groups (3 families at a time) and we enjoy it as such. At the end of an active day, we dine on the deck enjoying the sunset and the beautiful view. It's our haven! :)

Wonderful family vacation house!
Beautiful mountain home with an amazing view and plenty of privacy. The home was equipped with all amenities. We had a great family vacation. We loved the area and will definitely stay at this rental in the future.
We rented this house over New Years with a few other families and children. It is a beautiful home. The kitchen is gorgeous! We loved the real fire place especially since it was 5 degrees outside and snowing! The family room is huge and a great place for lots of people to gather. It was also great to have two large tables to eat at (kids table and adult table) Great view - beautiful in the snow. They also left the Christmas tree up which was perfect and emormous!!! Loved it! Looking forward to coming back.
Perfect Weekend Getaway
We have stayed at this house 2 years now and we have loved it both times. This house has all the amenities that you could ask for.

An incredible house! Beautiful view!
This was the perfect house for the twelve of us. It was beautiful yet was so "child friendly." The loft playroom was filled with toys for the young children and the kitchen was amazingly furnished. The porch was the perfect gathering space for old and young.
Beautiful cabin with amazing views!
We had the best time with my 14 person family (including 5 young kids!) at the Outlaws' Haven! We were able to relax, play ping pong, foosball, games, and more in this spacious, clean home. We loved waking up and drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the back porch while taking in the beautiful landscape. The open floor plan of the main floor allowed us to feel like we were together but also like we had enough space to spread out as needed. The house definitely was bigger in person than I was expecting from the photos! This house was in a great location for us to spend time in Boone and Blowing Rock. Staci communicated with me before our trip and was kind and friendly. They recently put in a fridge in the basement, which was a huge help to us! If we have the same number of family members go on a trip to the mountains again, we'll definitely stay in this house!!
Hiking, biking, white water rafting, kayaking, fly fishing, horseback riding, trail running, snow skiing, tubing, ice skating, snow boarding, visit Tweetsie Railroad, enjoy the quaint towns of Boone and Blowing Rock and all of the great restaurants they have to offer. The property owner's association keeps the roads to the house cleared during the winter. The roads to the house are paved.
