Welcome to Paniolo. Please come and enjoy our two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment, which has been furnished to ensure an enjoyable accommodation for the entire family. Located on a second story, this large unit with a private lanai provides a perfect view of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course. Discounts to the golf course are available to renters, or you can simply enjoy watching golfers pass by while relaxing, having a drink, playing board games or having dinner on the lanai.

The unit is located in the quiet village of Waikoloa, only a 15-minute driving distance from everyone’s favorite beaches (Hapuna, Kauna’oa, Waialea, and A-Bay beaches). The complex has a clean, heated swimming pool and a tennis court also available to renters.

All amenities included. Convenient parking is located just outside the building. One bedroom has its own bathroom, so privacy is assured (the other bathroom is accessible both from a bedroom and from the living room). Wireless Internet access is available throughout the apartment, 3 flat screen TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), DVD player and a well-equipped kitchen will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Since our goal is to ensure that you feel like at home, you will find we furnish many items to help you enjoy your hobbies without the hassle of figuring out more details: fins, snorkeling gear, body boards, beach towels, etc. If you don’t find something you needed let us know and we will see if it makes sense for us to also provide it for your next visit. A pack n’ play, high chair and stroller are also available to cover the needs of your little ones.

There is a 3 night minimum stay except for during the Winter Holidays and Thanksgiving seasons when the minimum stay is 7 nights.

We live in California but grew up on an island and thus love to travel to the Big Island whenever we get a chance throughout the year. We enjoy the beautiful beaches and exploring new places. We like cooking and being outdoors so you will find what you need to cook and enjoy your stay. Our apartment has snorkels, beach towels, and boogie boards. If you have a little one, the apartment also has a pack n' play, high chair, and a stroller. We strive to provide items that you will want to use but would be cumbersome to take on a vacation.

Good location, priced right & not far drive to great beaches and shopping therapy if needed.Accomodations were clean & pack n play came in handy! All the amenities of home was great to have especially with a little one. No a/c but once you open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans its ok. Lava Java has great coffee and meals. Island market in Queens shopping centre offers alternate takeaway items if you dont feel like cooking or going to a restaurant. Drive to Waimea and enjoy the scenery!

Excellent young family condo!

We have a 4 and 2 year old and this place was just right! There was a pack n play that I was extremely thankful for! It was great to have the kitchen for breakfast and lunch making and dinner on the nights we didn't go out. Te little market down the street was good for smaller things but if your going to stay either hit Costco in Kona or go to this grocery, Foodland Farms Mauna Lani in The Shops at Mauna Lani, 68-1330 Mauna Lani Dr, Kohala Coast, HI 96743. The lanai was fun for breakfast and turkey watching off the golf course was entertaining for the kids (grown ups too!)

The condo doesn't have an air conditioner, which really wasn't a problem. We opened the windows and lanai doors and the Hawaiian breezes made it very comfortable during the day and relaxing and perfect in the evening and for sleeping.

Knives in the kitchen were dull (but serrated so we couldn't sharpen them) so cooking bigger things you need to cut would be tough, it was tough cutting a pineapple. Otherwise, all we needed for he kitchen, appliance wise was there.

Having the washer and dryer was great too, next time we won't pack so much!

Comfy beds, good showers lots of extra towels/blankets etc.

We didn't use the pool as we had friends staying at the Hilton. 'A' Bay beach is about 10-15 min away on the way to the Hilton. Condo is also about 15 min from Hapuna Beach which was BEAUTIFUL! The rent umbrellas at the beach too, you will want one, $10, if your staying longer than 30 min. There is no shade there but the sand and boogie boarding was so fun!!!! The condo provided boogie boards which was a very nice amenity.

Snorkeling in Kona, drive to Volcano and beautiful weather = INCREDIBLE TRIP! Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed getting away

Its an older 2nd floor unit that has been updated, has a cool loft for the kids and while there isn't AC open the windows and the cross breeze takes care of things. Site has tennis, pool and golf and is next to stores with some of the best island prices i.e. mac nuts. For us the biggest plus was the price was right and the owner was absolutely fantastic to work with. Missing our time there already looking outside at the snow...

good location. Loved being on golf course.

Condo was roomy and had WI_FI service. Owner very concerned that I have a good stay and helped me secure discounted greens fees. Close to beech and Hilton resort for shopping and dining. Since I am a senior citizen I appreciated the walk-in shower and high toilet stools. The washer and dryer are new and worked well.

Great Condo, Wonderful Owners

My husband and I along with our two children ages 5 and 8 stayed in this condo for 13 nights. The owners were very easy to work with and very accommodating. We had only booked for 10 nights and decided to extend it to 13 during our stay which was a very simple process. When we had questions, they were good about responding quickly. The condo itself is in Waikoloa Village not to be confused with Waikoloa Beach. It is 6 miles off the main highway to get to the village and only about 10 to 15 minutes to some of the best beaches the island has to offer. We loved being very close to the grocery store and Lava Java. We had banana mac nut waffles and fresh brewed Kona coffee at Lava Java a few times. We walked there as well as the grocery store. We did also make use of the pool by the golf course which is part of their association. It was quite nice and included lap swim lanes if you like to swim. It is just a short drive away. The bedroom setup was perfect for us. It has a king bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other room. The condo includes snorkel equipment and boogie boards. Beach chairs would be a great addition, and I believe David said he has them purchased already. He just needs to get them to the condo. We made use of the grill on the lanai quite a bit. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. We have made a few suggestions to improve on in the kitchen and that is really the only reason we rate this a 4 out of 5 stars. Overall this is a great condo, and the owners are very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Cancellation Policy:
If we are able to rebook your cancellation, we will refund the rebooked nights, less a $50 processing fee. However, we assume no responsibility for rebooking any cancelled reservation. Otherwise, our refund policy is as follows:

Cleaning fee and security deposit are refunded in full.

Further refund is as per the following schedules associated to our receipt of the written cancellation request:

1. For stays of up to, and including, two (2) weeks:
a. 100% refund minus a $50 booking fee for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date
b. 70% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date
c. 50% refund for cancellations more than 15 days before check-in date
d. No refund for less than 15 days prior to arrival

3. For stays of one (1) month or longer:
a. 100% refund minus a $50 booking fee for cancellations more than 120 days before check-in date
b. 85% refund for cancellations more than 90 days before check-in date
c. 65% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date
d. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date
e. No refund for less than 30 days prior to arrival
