About this property

Ocean View - Steps from the Sand - Cottage Unit

Streams flow quietly over waterfalls down to pools full of Japanese Koi fish surrounded by lush landscaping. This is the setting for a beautiful one bedroom fully furnished cottage/condo just yards from the beach with an ocean view.

Amenities include two swimming pools, two spas, a barbecue area, putting green, rec room with pool and ping pong tables, sauna, and exercise room. We are located in beautiful North Coast Village Resort on one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California.

Minimum stay in summer is 7 nights (6-15 to 9-15) - Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay rest of year is 3 nights. Discounts given for longer stays.

Oceanside harbor, with fine restaurants and shops, boating and sport fishing, is on one side of the complex, and the Oceanside pier and Downtown is a short walk on the other. Relax in a fully equipped condo with a southwest facing balcony, ocean view, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD and Wifi.

Large, one bedroom with two queen beds (one is a Murphy bed in living room). Great exterior cottage unit. New granite and cabinets in kitchen and vanity area. Newly remodeled bath.

No Smoking, Please.

We were in town for an extended weekend. This property was in a great location to explore the beach and downtown. Small but suitable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great views from the balcony.

Oceanside cottage across from beach

This place has beautiful grounds. Most units are in 3 story bldgs. The cottages are the best, on the perimeter of the property, 5 minute walk to boardwalk and sand.

My husband and i with my 10 year old niece had a wonderful stay in Oceanside. The condo location was great. Plenty big, had everything we needed. The AC was nice to have, very cold. We would stay there again.

My son and husband have taken up surfing and really love it. We live in the mountains in Southern California and use the condo whenever we can. My husband actually snow skied and surfed all in one day on his birthday in 2007. We've owned this condo since 1992 and absolutely love the location and amenities.
