Esta ubicación es adyacente a una playa un tanto fuera de lo común y visitada principalmente por turistas. Durante el verano, nuestra playa está protegida y hay una zona de baño y una zona de surf. No hay estacionamiento en la calle, lo cual es maravilloso para mantener el tráfico bajo y mayor tranquilidad. Las luces del pueblo del puerto deportivo en la noche son mágicas a través del río / laguna y es un paseo fácil. No hay bufones escandalosos para lidiar con las vacaciones en este alojamiento, ya que no hay acceso público inmediatamente adyacente o al frente mientras experimentas completamente los alrededores del océano y la playa en tus términos.

A week to remember

Frank made the check in so easy and simple. The condo views are amazing, the breeze from the ocean through the windows was such an enjoyable treat. Loved being able to hear the waves rolling in. Property is well kept and clean. Pool was great but the beach access was better! Will absolutely stay here again.

Love this location and rate

My family of four (two adults, two teen girls) stayed at this property August 2022. This was the summer of everyone traveling again and the rental costs proved it. We decided late to spend a long weekend in Oceanside and the only properties left were either those way overpriced or those not in the location we desired. This property stood out because of the location, the views, and the reviews left by past renters. The communication with Frank was excellent. And he was there to check us in and walk us through things. Very nice! He was also easy to reach via text for anything. A+. From the photos online we knew the place was not remodeled. And it needs to be. But, the fact that it hasn't been, means the cost is lower. As long as you go into the rental with eyes wide open about that, you will love it. Because the location to the beach is great, the location to the pool is great, and so on. But, it needs an overhaul in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds slept great though! Couch and chairs comfortable. So, with all of that in mind, we had a fabulous stay and if you are not looking for luxury you can have a great stay too!

Very nice and relaxing stay. Too short to get a full experience of the area. Next time perhaps.

Easy booking and very quick response from property owner. Walking distance to beach and harbor village. Can hear the waves at night with windows open which is very relaxing. Overall, will recommend and will stay here again! Thank you Frank!

Relaxing Ocean Getaway

Great view of the beach and sunset! Easy access to stairs and elevator. Walk takes only minutes to get to the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Great summer getaway

Frank was very responsive and great to work with. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The views are amazing and we enjoyed hearing the surf from the condo. The condo is equipped with fans and since it's on the upper level we could also leave windows open. No A/C was needed. We could walk to the beach and restaurants. The grounds of the complex are gorgeous too.

Wonderful location and setting

My kids and I were so excited to see the amazing views from this condo. Ocean on one side, harbor on the other. We had everything we needed and were able to relax and walk to the little shops at the harbor in just a few minutes. Frank was super helpful and patient as our flight was delayed 3 times. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great place. Fantastic view. great location. Kids loved feeding the Koi. Check in was amazing. Trying to navigate the property is tricky, and grubhub delivery was troublesome and there are a few to many restrictions still at the property but that was all negligible compared to the great things about it.

Disappointed

Owner offered us cancellation due to construction but we were unable to get your company to do anything but allow us to change dates. There was loud construction right beside our condo and the beach was being dredged so stay was not what we had in mind. Disappointed with this stay compared to all our others. This condo is somewhat out dated. Needs to have some remodeling done.

Comfortable

We had a nice stay at this condo. The owner met us and let us in which was nice. I would recommend a couple of bottled water and a small welcome basket with goodies. Boxes of kleenex in the bathroom would be appreciated also. There is a strange humming sound in the complex which bothered me, but I am a very light sleeper and I could never identify what it is. It has nothing to do within this condo but in the complex. The view is super nice and a very short walk to the lovely beach.

Great location

This is a very nice location. Very close to the beach and harbor. The view from the balcony is beautiful! This is a nice little community. Very family friendly and easy to walk around. The owner was so helpful answering questions and also had some beach equipment at the house we were able to use. We would stay again!

Beautiful views! Great place!

Frank has everything you need at his condo to make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable. He had a small cooler for us to use on the beach, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, beach chairs and even a bag to put your necessities to go to the beach. The owners are very friendly. You are very close to the harbor which has really good restaurants and shopping. We took a charter fishing trip with Helgrens sport fishing while we stayed, the stafff was top notch. You will love staying at this location.

This condo has the best views. It was perfect, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Frank and his daughter Jordan are the best. They both went out of their way to make sure I had a great weekend. I am very appreciative to both of them. My family and I can’t wait to go back (*_*)

Great weekend on the beach!

Frank was great to work with! We wanted a place that we could see, hear, and smell the beach and this place was it. We got into the car once to go to the grocery store on this 4 day stay. We walked to the harbor, beach, and pier each day. Restaurants were very good, shopping was very reasonable, and the grounds at the condo were gorgeous. Pool, hot-tub, yoga, workout room, and koi pond were enjoyable as well. The condo has essentials for your stay with lots of extras, including boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, and even a cooler. We came for the beach and the view. We realized that the complex was a little older, but I don’t think you can find this value anywhere else. We will be back!
