This private classic retreat boast all the modern conveniences. Luxurious finishes, high end furniture and appliances, cool ocean breezes, air conditioning, fans, Nest, multiple 4K TV's, Beach toys. This house is for discriminating guests who want a jewel in the Village with great ocean views.

Enjoy classic CA living with huge and inviting outside spaces that flow in and out of the house. The comfortable layout expands the indoor outwards and vice-versa. This ideal summer beach house boasts a large front and rear yard, an outdoor hot water shower, a closed alley in the rear for the kids to play and the best park in town about 1 block away. The beach is 4 blocks down. The bus trolley 3 blocks. The house in encased in one window after another, however due to positioning and discreet use of window treatments and foliage, extremely private.

The master bedroom upstairs is a retreat worthy of a Deluxe Vegas suite with its full living room, walk in closet, bathtub, shower and large deck for afternoon cosmos as you enjoy the ocean views.

Downstairs, the front bedroom is a king or a trundle twin, the middle bedroom can either be set up as two twins or converted to one king. The rear bedroom is a queen.

There is also an outdoor hot water shower for when you return from the beach. House has solar panels, hookup for golf cart and hookup for electric car. Built in gas bbq and a Coal bbq, Air conditioning, fans, heat, real wood fireplace, etc.

The house has recently been furnished and styled with high end furniture and finishes.

Sit down ocean views from living room/dining/kitchen and patios. Gorgeous ocean views from Master bedroom, bathroom and deck. The property is located in one of the best residential and most sought after neighborhoods in the Village due to its proximity to the local's beaches, restaurants, hotels, downtown and Bluebird Park while still being very quiet and private. The lot is about 5000sq feet and the layout allows you to enjoy most of it. There is parking for 3 cars in the front The property has beautiful trees and shrubbery all around it. BBQ, outdoor sitting areas, two outdoor dining areas will let you enjoy Laguna at its best.

We really enjoyed our stay in Laguna. The house was comfortable, clean and the unique layout made it very fun for our family. There is a lot of outdoor space, so you really were able to get a true taste of Southern California's weather. The neighbors were nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This is the second time staying in this house on Carmelita. Once before it was remodeled and now. First and foremost, this is trully one of the best neighborhoods, quiet, off the beaten path but close to everything, park, beach restaurants etc. It really is a great location. The remodel job is all super high end, the house is full of windows and the inside blends with the outside in every room. Ocean views from downstairs and upstairs. The outdoor hot water shower and rear alley are great for coming from the beach, the house has lots of fruit trees and before we forget....the master bedroom is a retreat that has everything, you wont want to leave it. We will likely be back yet again. Just perfect. Dan and Ashley

Great house! Close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Perfect size and accommodations were clean, well kept and comfortable. The view to the beach (upstairs) was gorgeous and loved that it was within walking distance to beach. It was also close to all our favorite places. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors & near a great park for children. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

Great last minute stay

We have rented many, many houses in both Newport and Laguna Beach. We were looking for a last minute rental close to the village in Laguna and we were thrilled to find this wonderful house. Great for extended families. Very casual, quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to amazing restaurants and Bluebird beach. Robert the owner was super attentive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend

Great Family Home near the most beautiful beaches and village

My family and I had a fabulous time while staying in this wonderful home in Laguna Beach. The house is a little quirky, buy not in a bad way. There was plenty of room for our family of five. It was an easy walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We absolutely LOVED the Laguna Beach area. The restaraunts were great and my wife loved the little boutiques. We used this location as a home base while exploring the southern California sites.

Its just a fun, elegant, welcoming house with a great layout, inside and out, in a fantastic neighborhood and close to everything. The smart use of the lot allows for plenty of spaces to socialize and or have some private time. The 50's/modern style glass walls allow for the inside to come in, yet the outside fences provide compound type privacy.

What makes this property unique

In the Hip District of Laguna Village, close to all the new and happening restaurants and hotels, yet only a 20 minute walk to downtown. The beach is 4 blocks away, Bluebird Park is 2 blocks away and there is a great alley in the back of the property.
