We were here for the launch of Artemis (that didn't happen) but so enjoyed the stay, the amenities and the convenient location to restaurants and Kennedy Space Center.

Great location, views and accommodations

Great views of the beach, ocean, pier and pool. One of the biggest 3-bedroom beach condos I’ve stayed in. Close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Host was very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location and views of the beach!!!! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager was also very attentive when we had an a/c issue and got it resolved quickly. We absolutely LOVED our stay and will be back in the future.

Beautiful View, Great Location!

This was our second time staying in this perfect beach getaway condo, and we loved it! My teen boys were in the ocean everyday and loved using the beach toys, and the parents appreciated the beach chairs! Everything was clean and we were able to watch a rocket launch from the balcony! Great Location

Great view from balcony. Close to pier, restaurants and grocery store. Condo is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beach and pool. We have been here before and planning on coming back again.

Beautiful condo that is perfect for families

This condo has everything you need for a week at the beach. All you need to bring is sunscreen and your clothes. They have beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Everything is within walking distance. We had an amazing vacation-the best time. The only recommendation, we would make is to put a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Thanks for the great review. We have just renovated both bathrooms and took out the bunk beds in the middle bedroom. There are still two twin beds, but much more comfortable for adults who might be using them. Hope you can come back and check it out.

Cocoa Beach Towers

We have been staying at CBT 50 for several years and have enjoyed all of our stays. It has new furniture this year which was a nice addition It has been especially nice as we can run to the beach or pool and then back to the unit off and on all day. We had a teen this year and could let him run to the beach (not ocean) on his own and we could still keep an eye on him Jeff is very responsive we appreciate him and this unit

Cocoa 2018

We loved the condo. It was our 2nd stay in this unit and the upgrades were wonderful. Updated bath rooms and what looked like new carpet made it very comfortable. Removing the bunk beds and adding two separate beds was a great move for easy sleeping. I would venture to say that changing out the third bedroom to a queen bed would be even better. We loved the location as it is central to everything in Cocoa. The chairs and beech amenities were a great help. We will be staying with you again in the future. Everyone there is so friendly.

We have been considering that upgrade, although we initially thought the room felt a bit crowded with the larger mattress. Great condo in the perfect location

My family has been coming to Cocoa Beach for years because of the warm water, sandy beach and kid friendly waves. This condo is perfect for those who love the beach. The condo is in great condition, very well stocked and very clean. The remodeled kitchen is very functional and near new. The TVs and streaming apps are easy to use. We enjoyed the 2 Nest speakers and cast our music while playing cards. Most VRBO units are minimally stocked. This unit stocks customaries like spices, cooking spray and cleaning products. The zip lock bags and tupperware containers make a big difference for those who cook meals. We usually have to throw a lot of food away because there is no way to keep it. This condo allows you to keep dinner leftovers. With oceanfront buildings you kind of expect bits of sand to be in the unit. This condo was very clean and showed no trace of sand. During our stay we were able to see two SpaceX rocket launches from the patio. While you can't view the immediate lift off, you get the full experience after a couple seconds. We were able to view 2 rockets land and experience the 4 sonic booms. We'll never forget this. Don't plan your stay around launch dates as they continuously move around. They are an added bonus.

Great place. Easy access to restaurants and fun activities for family at night. We were able to watch 2 launches from the balcony of condo. The beach and waves were great for surfing and other beach activities. Great waves for boogie boarding and surfing every day. Great for family trip.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The condo was bigger than it looked in the pictures and we had plenty of space. The pool and private beach access were amazing and never crowded.

Great Beach Stay

The condo is wonderful! The views from the the 5th floor balcony are fantastic! Everything is well maintained and the condo is even better in person. We took 3 generations of our family and everyone had a great time. The bonus for this trip was we got to view two SpaceX rocket launches from the property. The pool is delightful and the beach area is spacious. This is our second year staying in this unit and we are planning on going back next summer.

Cocoa Beach Towers has the largest pool on Cocoa Beach. The pool is on the ocean side of the building and is heated. The facility is only partial rentals, with limited crowds and a great family-friendly environment.

Unit #50 is the premier unit in Cocoa Beach Towers. Located on the top floor, on the corner of the building closest to the ocean. The reserved parking spot is next to the elevators. The view is simply breathtaking and the unit itself is tastefully decorated with modern features and recently renovated designer accommodations.
