This condo was wonderful for our family of four! It was not an ocean view room, but it was directly next to the putt putt green and the pool making it very convenient. The condo had a full container of laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, and all of the cleaning items. This made everything so much more convenient as we didn’t have to buy as much while we were there. We were also fully furnished with beach items! The only negative was that the master bathroom had a slight sewage smell (similar to a septic tank backup). We will DEFINITELY keep this condo on our short list to return!

Great Time

This was our 2nd trip to Cocoa Beach but our first time staying at Cocoa Towers. The location was perfect and the condo was as nice as described. We will definitely come back.

Amazing Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Cocoa Beach! It was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better with both the pool and the beach just steps away. Zareh was a fabulous host—so easy to communicate with and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place - close to beach and pool.

This condo was wonderful for our grandchildren. They could play outside in the grassy area and be at the pool and beach quickly without having to go up and downstairs. The only thing the condo needs are two new hair dryers. The ones in the condo smell like burnt hair. I had to go buy one. Other than that, the place was fantastic.

Family Vacation

This is a great condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The building, grounds and swimming pool are very nice. Short paved walkway to the beach. Close to everything. Great location.

Great location

Clean, updated condo, located close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. Very responsible property manager, addressed one smoke detector low battery with maintenance, and while they could not fix the dryer by the time we left, they provided access to another machine in the building. Overall, great experience, highly recommended.

Cocoa beach surf trip

Excellent! The condo was extremely clean and decorated so cute. We had everything we needed for fun on the beach. The ground floor made it even easier and being the last condo in the section lended more privacy on the patio. The area was quiet, clean and a great location. My adult daughter was coming to surf and there were several beach rental options right by. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing Property

We have been vacationing in Coca Beach for 10+ years. This is by far the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed at. The layout is great, all updated decor and appliances. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC, they had it fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend. Beach access and pool are fantastic!
