About this property

Great Ocean Side Townhome with perfect Mid-Town location!

Perfectly sized, ocean block modern (no wood paneling or shag carpets :) townhouse located just 80 feet from the beach, and a 2 minute walk to the bay. Enjoy the fresh ocean air and listen to the waves crash from 1 of the 2 separate balconies both with great, sunny southern exposures. This home also has all the amenities you need for a great beach vacation. New additions for 2025 include new countertops, backsplash, dishwasher and electric stove (refrigerator was replaced in 2022). The mid-town location means no overcrowded beaches or traffic to fight with and you are only a few minutes walk to some of Ocean City's best bayside restaurants (Hooked (81st ST), Salt Water 75 (75th ST), Big Pecker's (73rd ST), Ropewalk (83rd ST) and more. Easy walk to grocery store (65th) or mini golf (67th ST) too. Two covered parking spaces come with the unit rental for easy, off street parking. All you need to bring are you linens and towels and you will be set to have a great vacation. The entire building exterior has been renovated, including all new railings, stairs and siding , and street level / outside lockable storage closet for beach equipment. Please note there is a 7 night minimum stay during the summer season and all weeks are booked from Sunday to Sunday. The unit is only available to rent to families or adults over the age of 25. Perfect location!

Located right next to beach, shopping, mini golf, ice cream, and many restaurants. Great house, one bedroom is ideally located downstairs for older guests and loved the additional balcony off master bedroom!

Charming and cozy space big enough for my husband and I and 4 almost adult children to spread out in. Very clean. Located just steps away from the beach and plenty of parking. Great streaming and internet and large tvs in the primary bedroom and main living space. The owner was delightful to work with!

Family beach week

Wonderful beach week. Super close to the beach which was perfect. Great location. Condo was cool, clean and comfortable (very hot week). The only downside--no dining room table. We knew this based on pics of the listing. There is a large counter area with small stools, which we used for buffet style meals. And plenty of seating in living room area. But we could not have a sit down meal or play games at the table. Recommend this rental.

Michael was quick to respond to questions. The beach was just a quick walk and easily accessible. Dishes and appliances worked great. We did run out to purchase coffee, which would be nice to have there but was fine. It is on second level up some steps for any accessibility needs to consider if needed but understand why the complex is built higher in case of flooding. We loved our stay, amenities and location being in the general center of the city. We drove everywhere by choice but many people were on bikes, but it is too far to walk to the main boardwalk/entertainment area just an fyi. We would stay at this location again and appreciated the great hospitality.

Great midtown location

The condo was nicely decorated and a great size for our family. Loved that it is steps from the beach. The entrance was from a private courtyard behind the building and away from street traffic. Parking was nice with 2 spots under the building and street parking. I was a bit concerned about the lack of seating for meals, but we seemed to make it work. We ate at different times, packed lunches for the beach , made use of the deck seating, and of course ate out. Overall a very nice rental and location. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly.

Much Needed Get A Way

My husband and I took our adult children on a week long vacation to Ocean City Beach and it was awesome! The condo was literally within walking feet to the beach and we made many trips back and forth throughout the week. One night we walked to the Bay to see the sunset, then walked to the ocean to finish out the daylight. All within a 5 minute walking distance. You just can't beat the location. There was plenty of room in the condo & it was nice having a washer & dryer to freshen up our towels throughout the week. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

Location, location, location. Having lived in OC for 4 years, I can tell you without a doubt midtown is the best place to stay. You don't have to worry about traffic if you don't want to, and you are still close enough to every great hot spot in OC.

What makes this property unique

My townhome offers 2 off-street, covered parking spaces which eliminate concerns over fighting for a great parking space close to the beach, as well as giving you shelter from those sudden summer downpours that happen every so often. I live in the unit during the year, so it is well maintained.
