Escape the hustle and bustle of the beach and watch sailboats and yachts go by from the comfort of your living room or private front porch. Get in shape walking, running, or biking the beautiful intracoastal street and 3-mile long continuous waterfront park, right outside your front door. Its the perfect place to walk a dog or take an evening stroll. You might see squirrels, ospreys, blue herons, egrets, buzzards or pelicans on any given day, or even an occasional dolphin. Catch the sunrise every morning, or watch the light of the silvery moon reflecting on the water in the evenings. Few mosquitos here due to constant, light breeze off the water, making this a perfect Florida retreat.

The house has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 full-size bed, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, laundry room, sunroom and beautiful front patio. Fully furnished with housewares and linens. Open floorplan. Sunroom desk make a nice place to work from home or just check email while enjoying the view. Ample parking and 2 boat ramps within ~1 mile.

I stayed for two months in this house and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect and you just can’t beat the view from the living room windows. The house had everything I needed and the owners were very pleasant. They made it a point to check in on a regular basis to see if I needed anything. The area is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. You won’t regret your stay there!

Great extended stay on Shore Drive

This house was the perfect fit for what we needed. We were a group of girls and a small dog looking for a place to stay for the summer while we completed school. Plenty of space, great backyard with deck and grill, beautiful morning views on Shore drive, and even a sauna! Chris was always available when we had questions or concerns and he was able to send the neighbors over quickly if we needed assistance with anything. Would recommend to anyone!

Live Oak Haven

The magic of live oaks surround this property.which affords wonderful intercoastal water way views. The quiet road running along the shore lined park allows easy walks or biking. A great place to shelter in the era of covid 19. The house is equipped with more amenities than we could even use. Plenty of storage. We found it a comfortable retreat. Host very friendly and respond quickly to questions about anybthis's or that's that might come up. The shore road drive to route 1 where stores one might need are, is a pleasure to drive. A comfortable haven. We were glad to have visited.

Close to everything!

This is an excellent property for the price. It is stocked with everything you might need, complete with a gorgeous view! If you want to be close to town and restaurants, this is the place for you. Chris (the owner) is very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have!
