Welcome to the Hollywood and Vine View, a glamorous loft apartment with two sleeping areas, located right on the most famous corner in Los Angeles - Hollywood Blvd and Vine St. At the very heart of The Walk of Fame, and literally next door to The Pantages Theater, we are only steps from everything that Hollywood has to offer.

The Hollywood and Vine View loft offers 1130sq feet of spacious air conditioned living, with a magnificent outlook over the famous corner of Hollywood and Vine, and back towards the Hollywood Hills. It is securely located on the 9th floor of the historical "Lofts at Hollywood and Vine", a beautifully renovated building originally built in 1927, and maintaining much of its original character. The building enjoys friendly 24hr doormen, complimentary valet parking, and a magnificent, and a recently refurbished rooftop entertaining area with fire pit, outdoor seating and fantastic 360º view of the surrounding area - including the iconic Hollywood Sign.

Within a few very walkable blocks you'll find Graumann's Chinese Theater, The Kodak Theater - home of the Academy Awards, Hollywood and Highland Shopping Center, Madame Tussuards, Ripleys Believe it or Not, The Hardrock Cafe - just to name a few.

The large open plan living area enjoys a very comfortable, oversize sofa, glamorous dining for six and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Viking appliances. Huge windows on three sides make for a very light and bright space.

The generous bedroom contains a luxurious pillow top California King Size bed, made up with quality linens, and comfortable pillows. The ensuite bathroom is supplied with quality towels, and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided.
An additional set of twin beds ingeniously fold out in the living room, so that the loft very comfortably sleeps four adults, in two distinctly different sleeping areas.

There is high speed internet access available throughout the unit, making working and keeping in touch with loved ones a breeze, and the apartment has 3 LED TV’s with cable.

For those with a car, one complimentary parking space, with free valet parking is a real plus, and the rooftop terrace with it's impressive views and comfortable seating makes it easy to soak up the California sunshine

The Loft also comes fully equipped with a washer/dryer, ironing board, hairdryer etc

Few places in Los Angeles can claim to be in walking distance of most things you need, but here at The Hollywood and Vine View loft, we truly are. We are right next door to the Pantages Theatre and the iconic Capitol Records Building, right across the street from the Hollywood & Vine Metro station which will take you to Universal Studios in 6 minutes. A short 15 minute walk along Hollywood Blvd and the Walk of Fame, will bring you to the intersection of Hollywood and Highland, and all it has to offer, including Graumanns Chinese Theater, The Kodak Theater, Mels Diner, Ripleys Believe it or not, and the Hollywood and Highland shopping center. Within one or two blocks of the loft you will find the famous Arclight Cinema, Amoeba Records, Trader Joes, Walgreens and dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs including Katsuya's, Beso and Musso & Franks.

Wonderful Place!!!

My daughter and I stayed here for two months and we absolutely loved every second of it. The layout is great, the location can't be beat and everyone in the building is very friendly. A little oasis in the heart of Hollywood.

This place is great! Secure parking available on site. Loft is cozy and conveniently located at the corner of Hollywood & Vine. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Loft in the Heart of Hollywood

We stayed in this loft to get the flavor of Hollywood, and we were not disappointed. It is located right off the Metro at the corner of Hollywood an Vine. Great restaurants were within easy walking distance of the apartment as well as Trader Joe's and Walgreens for any necessary items for our stay. If you're looking for an experience close to everything, this didn't disappoint. There is valet parking available and a doorman 24 hours a day. Wayne and Libby were easy to work with and answered questions immediately. We did not have a vehicle, but we did utilize UBER throughout our stay. There was never an issue getting a ride for shopping or activities. This area is not for everybody, consider your comfort level with a variety of people. We felt safe walking on the streets, and there was never a concern with the safety of the building. I only mention this because people may be looking for glamour and glitz of an upscale area of the city - just research what you are looking for. I really enjoyed being able to look down Hollywood Boulevard at all hours of the day to look at the pace of the city. The rooftop area was fantastic! So glad we went with this over a standard hotel room or other property.

Incredible vacation

Wonderful Apartment!

This is one of the nicest VRBO experiences we have had and we use VRBO frequently. The location was convenient, the doormen were friendly, and the apartment is just as described. It's beautiful and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is amazing! The owner, Libby, is amazing to work with. I highly recommend this VRBO and hope to come back soon.

Luxury in the heart of Hollywood!!!

I stayed in this apartment while visiting LA for a film premiere. The location couldn't be more convenient and the accommodation COULD NOT be more luxurious. All furnishings are of the highest quality and every feature is designed with comfort in mind. Having valet parking was tremendous advantage and the valets themselves, along with the doormen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. From my first contact with the owner, I was looked after like I was family and given the location and presentation of this fabulous apartment, the price could not be beaten. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!

This is the LA rental you want!

From the initial contact email to our final farewell, this was an amazing owner to deal with. My husband and our two boys spent 3 nights in this spacious apartment. Everything was as pictured, well maintained and super clean. The location could not have been more perfect for getting around, and having the valet parking spot included was awesome! The valet and doorman were super friendly and helpful. Noise from the busy street below was not an issue and being on the 9th floor, you have a lovely view. We highly recommend venturing up to the top floor patio area, it's amazing and no one was ever up there with us! As well - the building is super secure, so safety was also not an issue. We will be recommending this property to friends travelling later this summer. Location and price can't be beat!

Hollywood and Vine View is SO LA!

What a great way to stay in LA. Incredibly comfortable, spacious and perfectly located in Hollywood right near the theater, the W, great food and easy freeway access. Other than downtown it's about as city as LA gets and feels a bit like staying in a loft in New York. The 24-hour doorman is super nice and helpful and so is the 24-hour valet and the secure, private parking lot is appreciated. We'd love to come back for another stay.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Hollywood

We stayed at this spectacular apartment for a week, wanting to experience what it was like to live in the heart of Hollywood. Libby was fabulous to deal with and made it all so easy, and the doormen were great and very helpful. The valet parking meant we could have a car to go to places like Santa Monica, but for uptown LA and Universal Studios it was much easier just to walk across the road and catch the metro train. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, it was great to be finally able to wash and iron our clothes after travelling. It comfortably slept the four of us, with our 2 adult children sleeping on the funky (but comfortable) murphy beds that folded down out of the bookcases. We were right on Hollywood walk of fame and even got to watch Amy Adams unveil her star from the apartment windows.

Hollywood and vine loft apartment

The apartment was fantastic it had everything you could need even a helpful front dest person. Libby made the process very simpla and was very helpful. It is in the middle of everytjjng and has the subway across the road so no problem going to universal or anywhere else really. Lots of places to eat and hangout. Beverly hills is just there and you can go on a celebrity tour with no problems at all. Could not speak anymore highly about this loft. We loved it.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay at the Hollywood and Vine! The loft worked out great for our family of four and all beds were really comfortable. The place was well appointed and we loved the rooftop deck which was high end and had awesome views. The proximity to Warner Bros, Universal Studios, Griffith Park and the Hollywood Bowl made getting around so easy. The selection of restaurants made eating out a snap. We'd highly recommend this loft!

Live Like A Celebrity -- If Only for A Visit!

We absolutely loved staying in this loft! Everything from the plush bed, helpful doorman, incredible views, rooftop terrace, and the convenient parking made our stay in LA a total success. Libby was professional and accessible throughout booking and even followed up after check in to make sure all went smoothly. The staff (doormen and valet) treated us like royalty all week. The unit is clean and the building is well located to hit all the fun tourist spots in LA. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have that gated, valet parking right at the building!!! The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and escape the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of Hollywood & Vine. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Perfect for our visit to LA!!!

We are a family of four with a teenage boy and girl and feel like we've outgrown a single hotel room. This apartment was perfect for us! It's spacious with a large kitchen/living/dining area, and has super comfortable furniture and bedding. Nice flat screen tvs with Roku in the living area. Strong wifi signal. Viking appliances in the kitchen. The location is great for anything you might be doing in the Los Angeles area. We were spending three days hitting the "touristy" areas before moving on to Disneyland. Secure parking is included in the rental which we found to be a huge perk. If you are afraid to pull the trigger on a VRBO rental because you've had a bad experience, I highly encourage you to rent with Libby! She is fabulous, professional, helpful and kind. Absolutely flawless experience!

Fabulous! Clean, Organized, Comfortable and Convenient!!

Libby was very helpful in our planning, her unit was beyond our expectations! We loved the location and the convenience to restaurants, walking and the roof top deck was amazing!! The door men were very professional and helpful, the parking was exceptional! We even found they were covering our car at night time with a tarp!! You will not be disappointed in this unit. The secondary murphy twin beds were very comfortable and the master suite bed was top notch!! The linens, the kitchen, the amenities were perfect! Walk across the street to Starbucks was an added bonus, although you would never need to leave the unit. Trader Joes is in walking distance as well! We will be back!!!

Great place, great location

First time staying at an owner-operated rental and never sure what you are actually going to get. Well, I need not have worried - the photos of the loft are spot on, and if anything there's much more space that we were expecting. The place was =clean, functional, and the staff from the parking valet to the doorman was icing on the cake - there was no drama checking in and they welcomed us back each day. The loft itself is perfectly situated. It's a small walk to Hollywood and Highland, but there's groceries (Trader Joes), pharmacy (CVS), coffeeshop (Starbucks), metro station, bars, and various food choices all within a block. Driving is a breeze as well due to being easy to find (Capitol Records building is an easy landmark to spot), and close to the freeway and on main road. The beds, from the king in the main bedroom to the murphy beds were very comfortable. Each morning for breakfast, we made use of the professional kitchen which came with pretty much everything need Libby, the owner, was so nice to deal with. She was really prompt with email, payment, deposit, etc. We had one small problem with the AC during our stay and she had an engineer out the very next day. Overall I'd 100% recommend staying here.

Lovely

Our first time as a family travelling to LA and this apartment exceeded our expectations immensely. A great location with the Metro across the road and great bars and restaurants at our doorstep.Accessible to everything that we planned to see. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished with a gorgeous outlook , clean and roomy equiped with everything we needed as a family. I would highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to LA perfect for couples or families. I will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hollywood and Vine. The apartment was perfect!! Very clean and spacious. The rooftop terrace was wonderful. The door / valet staff were super helpful and friendly. We visited many areas of L.A, (Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, etc) and access to the highways was quite easy. We can't wait to return.

WONDERFUL!!

Everything about our stay at Hollywood and Vine View was fabulous, from the moment we walked into the apartment. The listing description, along with the photos, were spot on. The space is large, with lots of windows and filled with glorious natural light. You are never sure, based on photos and a description, exactly what the rental will be like. This apartment does not disappoint! It is modern, with touches of traditional, which make it warm. We were a party of four, all adult family members. There was plenty of space for everyone, and my both my sisters said that the murphy beds were more comfortable than they own beds at home. The master king bed was wonderful and we slept like babies. We prepared quite a few meals in the fab. kitchen. It has all the amenities you need along with a large prep island. There are great views from the rooftop lounge area....it is a nice place to relax, get some sun, and have a glass of wine, or take photos of the area. The flat is in a busy area, but, you don't really feel crowded. We loved that we had our own personal parking space, complete with a valet. We felt safe and secure with the 24 hour per day concierge at the entrance of the bldg. There are so many good restaurants, iconic buildings, along with plenty of shopping within walking distance of the apartment. Libby, as an owner, was a dream to work with. She responded quickly to all inquires, and returned our deposit with lighting speed. She is very down to earth. Thank you so much Libby for sharing your lovely apartment with us. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing Views, Amazing Location, Amazing Service

This was also our first time using VRBO. If every owner is like this it would be amazing!!! Was very helpful in letting us know the location, what was around the area, how close to stores, shops, tourist attractions, and that valet parking was included with property. As for the property itself, one word, AMAZING!!! From our condo we saw Mariah Carey receive her walk of fame star, we saw so many celebrities going into Katsuya for sushi so much across the street we had to go and try it as well. The beds are comfortable, the area is close to everything, yet peaceful enough to sleep without distraction. We can not wait to stay again. Seriously, if you are staying in LA area you would be remiss if you didn't explore this as your first option fir a stay!
