This beautiful newly remodeled town home has approximately 2,379 s.f., 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Sleeps a total of 13 people. We have a beautiful creek in the backyard and ponds on the property (no fishing in the ponds). The Snowcreek athletic center is within walking distance (extra charge). Snowcreek Golf Course is also within walking distance (extra charge). Master bedroom has one king size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom two (Second Master)also has a King size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a loft bed (sleeps 3). Bedroom four has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). All bedrooms are upstairs. Queen sleeper sofa downstairs in room next to kitchen (sleeps 2). Sleeps a total of 13 people. Two car garage (will fit two vehicles). Other parking available in driveway and other parking spots nearby in the parking lot. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher. Total of six new flat screen T.V.'s (two downstairs and one in every bedroom). BBQ with propane on the outside deck. Washer and Dryer. There is a bran new sauna/hot tub in a separate building for use by all Snowcreek 4 visitors (finished Nov 2017 - Very nice after a long day of skiing!).

About Steve & Kelly Jones

My family has been vacationing in the Mammoth areas for over 30 years. Every year I would dream about owning a place in Mammoth someday. Well in November of 2013, after semi-retiring, we finally purchased our place. We have been working hard to remodel and update the unit. We live in the townhome for two weeks a month May through October. We have four kids that are either in college, married and working. Steve is an owner of a General Contracting business in Southern California. We live in Los Alamitos CA. We have a handicap 26 year old son that will be with us forever and he comes up with us and enjoys the outdoors with us. We enjoy going to Church on Sundays and feel grateful that they have one of our Churches in town.

Why Steve & Kelly Jones chose Mammoth Lakes

We purchased in Snowcreek 4 (November of 2013) because of a couple reasons. 1) The units were spread out with lots of landscaped space between and in back of the units (not like the newer developments where they build all the units side by side without much space in between). 2) They had a spacious two car garage. 3) They have many ponds and creeks running through the property with local access to trout fishing and which also made it a very beautiful space. 4) Snowcreek landscaping crews keep the area beautiful all year around (we do not have to worry about the outside). 5) It backs up to one of the most beautiful meadows with ponds and creeks that you will ever see. Just a beautiful place. 6) We feel that the Sierra Nevada Mountain range offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world and Mammoth Lakes is right in the heart of it all. 7) It's a big unit and sleeps a lot of people which is very cost effective when you have a large group.

What makes this townhome unique

We have a spacious 2 car garage and space to park outside the unit for other vehicles. We have recently (2013) remodeled our place. New carpet, new paint, new appliances, new bed in master, new decor, new coffee maker, new blender, new WIFI, HD cable. Snowcreek 4 has a new hot tub/sauna. It is in a separate building not far from our unit (very nice! - Great for after a long day of skiing!)

Cannot park trailers, motorcycles in the parking lot. Trailers, motorcycles must be placed in the garage. A key is required to gain access to the hottub/sauna. The key is in the unit. We do have a remote clicker for the garage door. This remote clicker is in the unit. The rules of our place are posted on the refrigerator door. Please read/comply with them.

Beautiful Mountain Home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The home was very roomy and well laid out- plenty of space for our group of 12. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had no problem making Thanksgiving dinner in this roomy space. The location of the property was great. Just minutes away from town and the ski resort. The owners were great. They got back to us quickly if we had a question and we very on top of things. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

We had an awesome time staying in this townhome. We had a large group and it was perfect. So roomy and very homey. The large dining room table was perfect for game time. We kept the sliding door to the back open, which a steam was just feet from the door. So relaxing. This home is beautifully decorated and all the ameneties you need to cook your meals. So glad we chose this home for our annual Labor Day weekend family vacation!

Wonderful Townhome in a Great Location

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful townhome! Great accommodations. Very clean with lots of amenities. It was so nice to hear the sound of the creek flowing right out the patio door. Very soothing.

We've been going up to Mammoth for years and have stayed in many places. This is one of the better homes we've stayed in because of it's nice quiet location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, nice fresh towels, and good kitchen amenities. The tankless water heater is also nice. With our group of 11 we didn't have to worry about using up all the hot water, although, running the washing machine and the shower did cause the water temp to fluctuate. But, once we figured that out it was fine.

I can't imagine anyone would be disappointed with their stay in this townhome. It didn't feel like a rental, it felt like a home. Steve, the owner, was easy to deal with and you can tell he takes great pride in his home.

Hope to be back next year!

An amazing summer

The house is beautiful and great location we have a great time. The owners are amazing people!! We love everything about the house so clean and they have everything that you will need to have a great time. We are even making plans to go back next year. Amazing time!! Thank you!!

Nice house but the hot water did not work well.

Nice home but hot water was an issue and no wine bottle opener and very few glasses. Also not having hot tub was not ideal.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry that you were not able to find a wine bottle opener and that there were not enough glasses. Guests tent to forget to mention things like that. It seems I to have to restock the wine glasses every spring. (They break easly in the dishwasher) Thank you for your input, it helps us keep on top of things. Obviously the skiing is great in Mammoth but we purchased our place in Mammoth because of the summer activities like fishing and hiking. We love the beautiful mountain atmosphere here. The views are breathtaking. We love fishing at Rock Creek Lake and have pie at the 'Pie in the Sky' restaurant near Rock Creek Lake. We love fishing at the Virginia lakes. It is so beautiful up there! There are so many good places to eat in Mammoth. One of our favorite places to eat is 'Burgers'. They have a great BBQ beef sandwich which is to die for. Snowcreek 4 is a very beautiful place. They do a great job with the grounds. The landscaping is beautiful and always well maintained. Other fun things to do are mountain biking, motor-biking, sightseeing, shopping, Yosemite National Park, Rainbow Falls, fish hatchery, Devils Postpile, Festivals and events (Bluesapalooza, Jazz Jubille, Triatholon at June Lake, fishing tournaments), dining and nightlife, horseback riding, Gondola ride to the top of Mammoth Mountain. The Sierra Nevada Mountain range offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world and Mammoth lakes is right in the heart of it all. Mammoth Lake is centrally locate near the most prized national and state parks in the west. The bus systems are great and the pick-up/drop off spot is very close to our unit. The buses are free of charge and have a carrier for you bikes. They will take you up to Lake Mary and you can ride down to the main part of town over and over. The Snowcreek Athletic Center is open to the public. It offers daily, weekly, monthly and family passes and is available for visitors and non-members (excluded from cost).
