We have a beautiful creek in the backyard and ponds on the property (no fishing in the ponds). The Snowcreek athletic center is within walking distance (extra charge). Snowcreek Golf Course is also within walking distance (extra charge). Master bedroom has one king size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom two (Second Master)also has a King size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a loft bed (sleeps 3). Bedroom four has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). All bedrooms are upstairs. Queen sleeper sofa downstairs in room next to kitchen (sleeps 2). Sleeps a total of 13 people. Two car garage (will fit two vehicles). Other parking available in driveway and other parking spots nearby in the parking lot. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher. Total of six new flat screen T.V.'s (two downstairs and one in every bedroom). BBQ with propane on the outside deck. Washer and Dryer. There is a new hot tub in a separate building for use by all Snowcreek 4 visitors (finished Nov 2017).

About Steve & Kelly Jones
My family has been vacationing in the Mammoth areas for over 30 years. Every year I would dream about owning a place in Mammoth someday. Well in November of 2013, after semi-retiring, we finally purchased our place. We have been working hard to remodel and update the unit. We live in the townhome for two weeks a month May through October. We have four kids that are either in college, married and working. Steve is an owner of a General Contracting business in Southern California. We live in Los Alamitos CA. We have a handicap 28 year old son that will be with us forever and he comes up with us and enjoys the outdoors with us. We enjoy going to Church on Sundays and feel grateful that they have one of our Churches in town. We love flyfishing and spend a lot our time up there flyfishing the creeks, rivers and lakes. We love the restaurant options in the area. We love taking walks in the nearby area.

Why Steve & Kelly Jones chose Mammoth Lakes
We purchased in Snowcreek 4 (November of 2013) because of a couple reasons. 1) The units were spread out with lots of landscaped space between and in back of the units (not like the newer developments where they build all the units side by side without much space in between). 2) They had a spacious two car garage. 3) They have many ponds and creeks running through the property with local access to trout fishing and which also made it a very beautiful space. 4) Snowcreek landscaping crews keep the area beautiful all year around (we do not have to worry about the outside). 5) It backs up to one of the most beautiful meadows with ponds and creeks that you will ever see. Just a beautiful place. 6) We feel that the Sierra Nevada Mountain range offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world and Mammoth Lakes is right in the heart of it all. 7) It's a big unit and sleeps a lot of people which is very cost effective when you have a large group.
What makes this Townhome unique
We have a spacious 2 car garage and space to park outside the unit for other vehicles. Snowcreek 4 has a new hot tub. It is in a separate building not far from our unit. One of the nice things that separates our place from others is the size and set up with many beds. It can sleep 13 people. This is a very spacious place. It can comfortably sleep 2-3 families which helps keep the cost down if you split the payment into 2-3 families (much cheaper than a hotel).

We stayed for for 5 nights- and absolutely loved it here! We are a dairy big family (5kids) and had MORE room than we even needed. The home was immaculate, kitchen was WELL stocked with excess appliances (even a waffle maker !) .
The location is the perfect distance from everything, restaurants, lakes, etc., and has a wonderful view of the mountains. At night, we’d close the screens, crack the windows and hear the babbling brook right out back. Every evening we’d take a family walk through the adjacent meadows... it was precisely what our family needed
The owner was prompt and answering any questions we had prior to booking. And after booking, we received prompt, and detailed descriptions. Access to the location, nearby facilities, even access to community spa and such were all thoughtfully laid out, leaving is no questions or concerns.
Hands down- this exceeded our expectations. We are already try to plan a trip for next fall, and bring our parents. And without a doubt, we’ll be trying to book this location.
Beautiful and Relaxing
Steve and Kelly’s rental was amazing. We had three families stay in the property during our trip and there was plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The property is clean, well maintained, and is located in a beautiful and quiet area. There’s also an awesome creek that runs behind it where you can just sit, relax and enjoy the sounds. Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful time at Steve and Kelly’s rental. The first thing you notice when you enter the place is that the room décor sets the theme for being in the mountains. You notice the outdoors/fishing theme which is perfect for being at Mammoth. There is plenty of room that you don’t feel cramped. Right outside is a small stream that is perfect. You hear the sound of moving water and birds, which is very relaxing. The upstairs bedrooms are nice size the beds are very comfortable. Each room has a television in case someone wants some time alone. The kitchen is large with plenty of room to move from counter to counter without bumping into people. The appliances are modern and all in working order. There are plenty of trees outside that provide ideal shade for those warm summer days.
The condo is minutes to the village, supermarket, playgrounds, and the lakes. Nearby, there is a large meadow and a couple of ponds, which makes it very close to get back to nature.
We have been going up to Mammoth for the past 30 years renting condos / homes and this one is by far the best one we have stayed. The roominess, comfort, and location makes it an ideal spot for everyone.
We will be looking to rent this condo in the years to come.

Lovely spacious condo with great yard
We really enjoyed our stay- our whole family with 7 adults and 3 kids was comfortable and had plenty of space. The kitchen is huge, and it was nice to have access to a lot of things. Our favorite part was the back yard area where the creek was just outside the door! We hiked with our kids (10, 7, and 4) down to the bike path and over to the playground. It was under construction, but they had a ball playing in the woods near by. Our only issue was the water temperature in the upstairs bathrooms kept fluctuating and would go lukewarm and change temperature mid-shower. Overall we loved! We’ll be booking again!

Obviously the skiing is great in Mammoth but we purchased our place in Mammoth because of the summer activities like fishing and hiking. We love the beautiful mountain atmosphere here. The views are breathtaking. We love fishing at Rock Creek Lake and have pie at the 'Pie in the Sky' restaurant near Rock Creek Lake. We love fishing at the Virginia lakes. It is so beautiful up there! There are so many good places to eat in Mammoth. One of our favorite places to eat is 'Burgers'. They have a great BBQ beef sandwich which is to die for. Snowcreek 4 is a very beautiful place. They do a great job with the grounds. The landscaping is beautiful and always well maintained. Other fun things to do are mountain biking, motor-biking, sightseeing, shopping, Yosemite National Park, Rainbow Falls, fish hatchery, Devils Postpile, Festivals and events (Bluesapalooza, Jazz Jubille, Triatholon at June Lake, fishing tournaments), dining and nightlife, horseback riding, Gondola ride to the top of Mammoth Mountain. The Sierra Nevada Mountain range offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world and Mammoth lakes is right in the heart of it all. Mammoth Lake is centrally locate near the most prized national and state parks in the west. The bus systems are great and the pick-up/drop off spot is very close to our unit. The buses are free of charge and have a carrier for your bikes. They will take you up to Lake Mary and you can ride down to the main part of town over and over. The Snowcreek Athletic Center is open to the public. It offers daily, weekly, monthly and family passes and is available for visitors and non-members (excluded from cost).
