Beautiful Stadium District Modern Apartment Close To Downtown Tacoma
Stay in a beautiful, modern apartment located in Tacoma’s gorgeous , historic Stadium District! The apartment is renovated and fully furnished. It is a two bed/two bath unit that sleeps six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a queen futon, dresser, full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and walk in closet. The kitchen has granite counters, cherry wood cabinets, built in dishwasher, microwave dishes and cookware. The apartment includes cable tv, WIFI, heat, linens, towels, games, bike room and assigned parking. Laundry facility is located just an elevator ride away!
The rental is located a few blocks from Wright Park, the Commencement Bay Waterfront, and Old Town Tacoma. We are also a short distance from Downtown Tacoma and I5. Seattle is 45 minutes away and the Tacoma Mall is about 20. Point Defiance, Ruston Way and Chambers Bay are also pretty close if you want an outdoor adventure. We are extremely close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, froyo shops, and bars, for indoor fun, relaxation, and delicious food!

I think North End Tacoma is the most desirable part of Tacoma. It is centrally located, with easy access to everything you will need during your stay! There are great schools in the area, with beautiful, old fashioned architecture: Stadium High School and Annie Wright School. I would not want to live anywhere else! :)
What makes this Apartment unique
The building has a New York style: Big City, Old Style architecture. The unit has large rooms with great views. It is in a great neighborhood with walking distances to all necessities. There is even a fabulous grocery store a block away! We are very close to Tacoma's Theater District, in case you want to enjoy an evening of the arts! We hope you enjoy the beautiful neighborhood of North End Tacoma as much as we do! :)

Great Location and Beautiful Home
We truly enjoyed our time in Tacoma and having this great, convenient and lovely home to stay in made it even better. With our family just down the street, we were able to walk almost everywhere and enjoy the Stadium District. We will definitely be back.
Great place to stay
What a pleasure to stay hear. Not only is is located within walking distance to many of North Tacoma's historic homes and venues, but it is also a well appointed property. The morning light comes through the living room & kitchen windows making breakfast very enjoyable. Other people have raved about the unit's proximity to Art House Cafe, but equally as impressive is Shake, Shake, Shake across the street.
The North Tacoma neighborhoods are true gems and much nicer than expected.

Spacious and Comfortable, Perfect Location, Water Views!
We were so pleasantly surprised to discover how beautifully restored this old building is, which is managed by the owner of this rental apartment. She's super friendly and helpful, and she has done a lovely job of furnishing the very spacious apartment with all the comforts of home, plus there are water views from almost every window! The neighborhood has all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, a cool grocery store, and a beautiful park--all within easy walking distance. Historic Stadium High is right next door, and you're on the edge of a residential neighborhood with beautiful old homes. Even freeway access is only a block away! We will definitely stay there again--with pleasure!

We are located a few blocks from the beautiful Wright Park. There is a spray park for kids, botanical gardens, a basketball court, lawn bowling and beautiful pathways for strolling or running! A short ferry ride across the bay, there are great wineries on Vashon Island! Along the Waterfront, only a mile away from our property, there are places to rent boats or go parasailing! We are right next door to the Castle High School (Stadium High School, featured in the movie Ten Things I Hate About You). Downtown there is a plethora of museums: the Tacoma Art Museum, The Museum of Glass, The Washington State History Museum, America's Car Museum and the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum. Also Downtown, there are grand theaters with beautiful architecture. We are about four miles from Cheney Stadium, the home of the Tacoma Rainiers. Our neighborhood is safe and there are many gorgeous houses with unique architecture! The Chambers Bay Golf Course, home of the 2015 US Open Golf Tournament is only about twenty miles away! We have activities for everyone of all ages! Our location is surrounded with fun things to do, and I assure you, you will never get bored!
