We bought our first ground floor condo on South Padre Island in 2005 and we loved the Island so much we bought this ground floor unit right next door in 2014. We love our ground floor units as you feel that you are ON THE BEACH even when sitting in the condo. It does not get any better than just walking out the back door and on to the beach. A piece of heaven!

Outstanding and over the top furnished 3 bdrm & 2 bath condo. The property was very clean and Ed provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this unit, especially to a lager family or a group. As it is a three bedroom, two full bathrooms. Thank you Ed.

Everything and then some!

Great stay, instructions and codes worked like a charm, owner responds quickly, the place was clean, cozy, comfortable, well decorated, and nicely outfitted with kitchen gear, condiments, and bathroom necessities; we won't be packing "as much" related items next time. Everything electronic, appliances, A/C worked great throughout our stay. Condo residents/guests were relatively quiet going in and out, the pool was clean and clear, parking was close and valet carts awaited!!! The owner's right in regard to keeping the blinds down during the day to help the place stay cool...that Sunrise turns into serious sunshine (bright'n hot) once it gets above the horizon and into the glass front! Just steps from the beach, plenty of gadgets to help you get down there with all your stuff and have an even better time! Housekeeping doesn't empty the grill if you use it, so please empty the grill ash before you leave so others don't waste their vacation time cleaning up after you.

Does Not Get Any Better Than This!!!

What a fantastic condo! Right on the beach with incredible views and access. The condo was stocked with everything you would ever need...great Weber charcoal BBQ grill out on the deck, top quality linens and bedding, shampoo and conditioner in the showers, the most comfortable beds, a stocked pantry with a multitude of spices, etc. Felt like we were at the Ritz!!
