Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, GROUND FLOOR BEACHFRONT condo is just steps to the Beach with stunning views and access to the Beach and Gulf of Mexico. The condo is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unbelievable views! No messing around with elevators from higher floors...just walk a few steps out the patio door and you are on the beach!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and just steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly a 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

We loved everything about this condo. The hosts were wonderful with communication and the kitchen and condo were stocked with everything that you needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The views were amazing and the beach was nice and quiet. The pool was well maintained and the staff on the property grounds were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful condo with all the comforts you could want. The sunrise was breathtaking. The only negative was the young lady in the the office was rude and snippy. She was vey disrespectful to a resident looking for a package.

Comfy beachfront condo with beautiful view

I booked this condo for a long weekend away as our teens were off school for a few days and we had never been to SPI. The condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, fully stocked, clean and comfortable with tasteful beachy decor. You can't beat the view or the convenience of literally being steps away from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for our long weekend!

Great condo perfect for our needs

My mom, daughter, and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was well stocked and had items needed for my toddler so we didn’t have to worry about packing it all. The view is beautiful! The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions during our stay. We give it 5 stars!

Island paradise.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was so comfortable and cozy. It was like staying at home for our family of 5 … only better because it’s right on the beach. Day one, my 5 yo woke me up asking to sit outside because “it’s so beautiful.” I think that says it all. Also our hosts couldn’t have been kinder or more communicative. So wonderful.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is in a great location and mere steps from the beach. Being on the lowest level makes it easy to get in and out of the condo which makes trips down to the beach so simple. The condo was stocked with everything you would possibly need - pots, pans, dishes, crock pot, utensils, etc. We were in need of nothing. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels - for bathing and for beach/pool use. There were tons of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. I would highly recommend! A

What an awesome place!!!

This is a top notch property. We rent short term rentals about four times a year and this is the best yet. The property was better than advertised. The inside has been updated and is well cared for along with being very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with anything that any guest would need. The proximity to the beach with ground floor access along with anything needed for a day at the beach made our week long stay a pleasure. Would rent from Ed and Cathy again in a heartbeat. Their communication and information provided was top notch.

What a Great Rental

We rented this unit for ourselves as well as her daughter and her family. It held 7 of us quite comfortably and was fun for all ages. The grandchildren were in and out of the pool as well as the gulf all day long. The convenience is incredible with steps from the pool, gulf, and tennis courts. We have rented from Ed and Cathy before and their units are always immaculate. They are well-stocked with staples in the pantry, games in the LR, and wonderful quality linens. All of the beds were comfortable, and furniture in the LR was great seating for the entire family. We will definitely be back....and left with many a wish that we could stay just "one more day."

Pros Tennis court. Great view. Comfortable beds. Cons Endless mosquitoes, all my children and the adults came back with over 40 bites. We were unable to enjoy the back porch or tennis court. Blinds were missing. Ice maker was not working. Children are counted as adults, we were asked to have some of the adulta to leave which was unfair since 3 were toddlers and they were counted as adults (occupancies).

In over 10 years of renting we have had over 131 reviews...all of them are 5- Star Reviews except for your recent review. The occupancy limit on our condo is 8 and you brought 11 people. You broke the LAW by exceeding the South Padre Island Fire Marshall occupancy limits for condos on South Padre Island and also broke our Condo Association rules. You were fully aware of the occupancy limit before you came and you violated it anyway. I received an email from our Condo Association on the day you checked in that you were exceeding the occupancy limit and contacted you shortly after. You broke pretty much every house rule that we have (you received our house rules when you booked)...you left dirty food crusted plates, cups, kitchen utensils, etc all over the condo and all over the kitchen counter and stove. There was garbage all over the place, pillows and bedding all over the floors...totally disgusting behavior. It is amazing you could cause that much turmoil in 2 nights. It is obvious that you were upset because we called you on the fact that you were exceeding our limits so you decided to not only trash our condo but also trash us in your review. People that read our reviews are smart enough to see through what you are trying to do. They can see and know that our condo is a 5-Star property and one of the finest properties on South Padre Island that has been enjoyed by people for over 10 years. We will continue to provide our guests with wonderful vacation experiences.

We bought our first ground floor condo on South Padre Island in 2005 and we loved the Island so much we bought this ground floor unit right next door in 2014. We love our ground floor units as you feel that you are ON THE BEACH even when sitting in the condo. It does not get any better than just walking out the back door and on to the beach. We love to watch the sunrise every morning from Bed
