Hello and welcome! My name is Rosa Loaiza and I have been the owner of this charming bungalow since 1992. I have lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years and absolutely love the city. I have two daughters, one who is a U.S. Navy Sailor, and both my daughters currently reside in Virginia. I have traveled throughout the United States and love to explore new places but for me, Los Angeles will always hold a special place in my heart for me and my small dog, Cali. I am a case manager and love the challenge of helping other people reach their potential. I welcome you to Los Angeles and I hope that you enjoy your stay while you are here!
