Lovely, comfortable condo in a great location just out of the centre of town. Very comfortable bed! Would be even better if there was a washer/dryer in the unit, rather than a communal laundry. Also needs cable tv as only streaming services available. Gustavo has been an amazing host. He responds to messages straight away and does his absolute best to help with any query. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and totally recommend this property!

Everything about staying here is exactly what we’re looking for when we visit PS! It starts with Gustavo! He is the best host in every way! Communication, concern and genuineness from him is wonderful!The condo itself is ideal! It has been renovated from top to bottom since our first stay and truly feels like our home away from home! #1 Place to Stay in Palm Springs!

Staying at Gustavo's apartment was delightful! The condo was impeccably clean, cozy, and perfectly sized. I especially loved the thoughtful touches, from the well stocked remodeled kitchen to the bedroom/bathroom with significant storage for your stay. Gustavo is a OUTSTANDING Host – Friendly, easy to talk to, and always available to answer questions. The location was ideal and close to public transportation if needed. There is bike storage available in a common locked area that you may use during your stay. It's one of the nicest places to stay and offers incredible value. The wonderful apartment is highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again!

South Palm Springs Review

We have been lucky enough to have stayed here on two occasions. It is the best! From the wonderful, safe, quiet location, the beautiful surroundings, to the lovely upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom, it is amazing. We loved every minute of our stay and found it hard to leave.

The perfect home away from home!

Another delightful stay in this lovely condo! Truly, as we have stayed there multiple times, it never disappoints! I can’t say enough about how easy Gustavo is to work with! Everything is ready upon arrival and there is superb communication about not only the unit but the complex itself! Also, want to mention what a great property manager Erek is! Very nice condo in a wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our month long stay at Gustov's condo in Palm Springs. The condo was comfortable and was located in a perfect location within the complex, with a nice view and a great sunny deck. The condo complex itself is in a perfect location in Palm Springs, close to everything in an upscale area.

The property and location were first rate. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt very safe in our walks. The property was only a five minute drive to groceries, hardware, hair salons and food outlets. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet vacation.

Well Equipped Condo with a View

I stayed at this property for the month of March 2021. The location on the south side of Palm Springs was ideal. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, overlooked a beautiful pool, and had a fantastic view of the mountains.

Had a wonderful stay!

We had the best stay at Gustavos condo. It is a really nice and beautiful neighborhood, everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed the pool, the kids loved it! Clean and nice area. We almost had it to ourselves. If you have questions, Gustavo is fast to respond. Easy to check-in and out. We would love to come back again!

Another Great Stay at Gustavo’s Condo

We have been coming here for years for a month and every year it gets better… beautifully renovated condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay, balcony over looking very well kept grounds, nice pool & hot tub, close to all amenities by car or walking. Peaceful Oasis

Gustavo’s condo is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with mid century modern houses. The view of the mountains from the condo balcony is breathtaking. The sound of the birds singing when you take a morning swim is absolutely fabulous. We love Gustavo’s condo and look forward to our time there again.

Perfect Palm Springs Spot

The condo was as advertised/depicted, and Gustavo was responsive, cordial, and easy to work with. The condo was well-appointed and is laid out well so that it feels very spacious, and the mountain view is excellent. The condo development is quiet and attractive. It is located just a few minutes drive to downtown PS but also to hikes in the hills and the Indian Canyon Golf Course. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the ideal condo for two people. A great, quiet location. A beautiful, well stocked condo. Lots of fresh citrus. Stellar fitness room, beautiful view of the pool/mountains and the bougainvillea are stunning at your door. We had the most perfect stay in Jan/2020 and hope to come back soon.

I felt in love with Palm Springs about 20 years ago when I was living in Texas and went there for vacations. During the years I visited the area many times. I bought this condo several years ago and I really enjoy spending there a couple of months every year, South Palm Springs is a paradise and this complex has everything to enjoy for a relaxing vacation, and what I definitively like the most are the views from the balcony. I reside in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
